Garage Project Kingsland reviews
60 Very disappointed that the burgers were sold out in less than an hour (burgers were being sold there at the special price for 3 hrs)
Next time at least put a post up or something to let us know when they have sold out so we don’t waste our time driving there
Good beers and good snacks, can't go wrong, been a whil since I first went but they didn't use to give you pints however now they do which is awesome!
Service was poor, merchandise was lacking, poor choice of wine for non beer drinkers. Decent beers on tap, but for a brand with such a good reputation across the pond, overall I was very disappointed.
Loved it.
Love the variety of beers on tap. They have nice.long tables for a group and a back room too for.something more private.
Don't come here expecting a wide variety of food though, they only have the basics.it's what you need when you are sampling a few beers. Very very reasonably priced too.
Will be back here.
Great selection of beers and got two flights of beer so we could try all of them. Very knowledgeable bartenders and chill environment to enjoy all of their beers.
Friendly wee taproom serving the best that GP has to offer. And takeaway bottles and cans too. It would be hard to not find something you like.
Garage project always have something interesting to taste. The staff are friendly and informed. Try something different and enjoy the ride
Such a lovely place with the new set up and on licence!
Only thing missing is no more bike parks: (
Feel like experiencing IPA brew it's the place to start. I personally started of with some Oranges, four legs and made my way up hill with chost light. By time my last test class finished (which they come in 6) $$ your ready to get back to work. Go check these guys out. Chicks dig this atmosphere
Always a great vibe with tasty drinks on tap. Also it's dog friendly which is always worth 10 extra points!
Great service as always incredibly knowledgeable and always up for a yarn if it's quiet letting us know all the good things to try.
Always great friendly attitude with knowledgeable staff even when buying their Tiny non-alcoholic beer
Great selection of their own beer and the shop is set out well. Great being able to do tastings as well. Friendly staff. Can get busy on Friday and Saturday nights
Nice selection of tap beers! Love the 2 for 1 happy hour. Building is pretty dingy and dark though, detracts from the experience.
This place is the bee's knees! We arrived to it pumping with customers so we sat out the back room where all the art is. It's a small room behind the main bar and is fill from floor to ceiling with there art work, tables, some taps, TV and music playing. We got 6 beer tasters and i also tryed the cornflakes malty dark creamy stout they were all delis! Brought some of there colab products as well like the big bag of chips! Smashed the whole bag too! Colab is short for (collaborative) where they join forces with a company and together make a product like Whittakers chocolate and beer or the proper crisps. Parking is out the front so limited spaces, unisex toilet, you can fill your own bottle if you Bring one in and buy on site.will definitely be back for more! A must see for the crafty person in ya! Get amongst!
One of the premier craft beer companies in Aotearoa - GREAT site to get bottles filled, and a fridge full of GP beer. Amazing staff, really well thought through policies built around community and care for one another, and a solid range of GP beers on tap.
Their license doesn't allow them to serve full drinks but it's a great place to come for a tasting paddle and toasted sandwich. Obviously you can get takeaway beers too. Only suggestion is to make more stouts in the 5-9% range.
Delicious beers and great service. A tasting paddle is always fun and it's a great way to try a range of their offerings. I liked all of the beers I tried.
One word: YUM! The beers are excellent, service is lovely, parking out front if need be and just generally a wonderful experience. Thoroughly enjoyable
