I went in to check if they can repair my manual push mower. I understood that my mower was really cheap, the guy there told me not to worry, they can have it checked and if it requires repair or it's not practical to repair they will advise us for $60. Otherwise we can use the $60 to buy other stuff on their shop.
So i brought in my mower, they brought it at the back whilst i checked their store. 5mins later it was back and working.
The guy told me not to pay for it because it was an easy fix. I insisted but he said it was fine.
I'll definitely come back to pay with gratitude. They are an fantastic crew, knows their stuff, not hard selling, and they have brand new and second hand stuff. Interestingly they have batter powered bikes too.

Great service, up front about the pricing and helped diganose the issue with my line trimmer. Cost of getting it repaired didn't make sense so grabbed a great second hand line trimmer instead. Will be going back for my future servicing needs.

Got masport 4x4 cross jet mower great machine. Also water blaster and other products quality gear.

I can not give these guys enough praise. Their business was hugely impacted by the 2023 floods yet they managed to repair in quick time our school rideon mower so we could get our grounds ready for the approaching cyclone. They thought outside the box to come up with a way to repair in time. Certainly provided service way above the norm and in trying circumstances. Can not recommend this business enough.

A big thank you to Nathan and his team. We lost a tyre on our ride-on on Christmas Eve on Waiheke with grass growing like mad and everything shut for 2 weeks. We were only on the mainland for Boxing Day. Nathan came up with a solution for us to drop off the wheel, and by 9am the next day it was fixed, delivered to the ferry by Uber and we were able to get the mowing done before it ran away on us. Fantastic service! Much appreciated.

Would highly recommend not buying online here, as other reviews have said. I had to phone three different people before initiating a refund with PayPal for goods which were stated as in stock, but were not. I only found out about this after phoning up after a month to enquire. Shop elsewhere!

Worst place I have ever shopped. Not worth even one star.
I bought 2 commercial mowers and more spending over 3 grands yet received very poor customer service. Staff are pretty much useless and person believe to be the head technician is arrogant and no proper knowledge.
They sell equipment $10-20 cheaper compared to other places with the condition of service must be carried only through them. Then charge arm and leg for minor services. I was given funny reasons to charge more and repair quality is worst.

Go there if you want to be ripped off.

Have been waiting for a refund for tools that were not sent after ordering on line. Have sent repeated messages, with no reply. Still waiting for the refund. These tools were paid for on the 19th of April. It is now the 22nd of June. Pretty poor customer service. I would warn people of buying on line with this company.

Recently took in my mower that wasn't starting that I had thought was on it's last legs only to receive a call a week later that it's all fixed, new blades, freshly serviced and a bunch of bits and pieces replaced at well below what I thought it was going to cost me! Very happy customer and will be back again in the future. 5/5, couldn't be happier with the service received.

I have bought motor mowers and chainsaws from them several times since about 1970 when I was a tree contractor. Good company but difficult road access especially when leaving to join Wairau Rd. Come down Wairau and turn left to enter. When leaving traffic usually lets you in.

Terrible service and poor quality. I purchased a new mower one year ago, then I found something wrong with the engine. I took it back and fix it for three times. At the last, they replaced the engine for me but refused to change it for a new one. The staff promised me that they will contact me （call me）when it needs to service（twice free）. But they didn't. Last month I thought it might be one year, so emailed them. They said it already past one year and let me pay 85 dollars to do the mower service. I said I won't pay this, it is not my fault. They didn't reply the email.
Never return.

Great always get the job done and good recomendatios I got my last lawnmower and chains from them. The only thing a bit busy and have to schedule the lawnmower service
