Within 3minutes of being in the shop and speaking with the staff, we knew were impressed and immediately felt better about this shop than all the other tyre places we’d visited that day.
After 20mins service and lots more help and amazing customer service, we walked out knowing we wanted to jump online and leave a review!

Came in about 2 weeks ago because my car got caught as collateral damage in a police operation. Ended up driving over spike strips because the police were trying to catch a stolen car. Blew out two tires completely.

Came in on a Saturday on the recommendation of another local shop, the team did great to fit me in before closing time despite the short notice.

In and out with 2 new tires within 30 minutes.

Yep had a good service and offered a no obligation wheel alignment check which came out close enough so we left it as is.

They charged $140 to fit and balance 4 tyres that I supplied. Seemed excessive to me, especially as I had spent $700 on new tyres with them the week before.

I have been very loyal to them over last 4 years and spent a few thousand Dollars but think I will look elsewhere now.

2 new Dunlop tyres fitted. In and back to the nearby wof testing station in less than 15 minutes. Very competitive prices and excellent service

I was stressed about one of my punctured tyres that happened before xmas eve. Luckily i came across these guys while searching for a place near home and was already impressed with the reviews. Excellent service. Had a couple nails in 2 of my tyres and thought better take to a tyre shop incase requiring puncture repair and go flat if I take them out.
Went here as close to home and because of reviews.
Did not disappoint. Busy time of year but fast service, no repair required and also check all my other tyres, and no charge.

If you are wanting to get your tyre's done, please do yourself a huge favour and visit Gemmells! Mark and his team do an outstanding job, and never cease to impress. Not only do they use the best quality tyres, they take extra care and ensure your car is safe on the road and provide great advice.

Which is always appreciated when you are young like myself and need some stern words when you run around with bald tyres for 3 years! Mark's team got 2 new tyres on for me today within a matter of 10 mins, and was very professional to deal with.

Do not bother with other tyre places, they will attempt to rip you off in order to make an extra buck. This is the only place I will ever get my tyres done from now on!

I have used Gemmells many times over the years and their customer service is second to none. I had to get a flat tyre fixed on Saturday. I had barely turned off my car before one of the guys appeared beside me ready to help and had it all sorted within half an hour.

Today I was misled by these guys.
I been to this shop to renew two types. After Tyrese fitted I was advised the wheel alignment. The managed said it is free of charge. Later those guys charged 89 bucks for the wheel alignment, it ended up paying 79 bucks (I guess those guy, s wheel alignment is the world fastest. Lol). Folks don, t trust these guys.

I came back to Gemmels today after a long saga of saboteurs started stabbing both my front tires. This almost turned into a suspension failure. Feb 18th 2020, their previous dodgy manager was let go but not before he sold me 2nd hand tires. He passed off excessive tire noise as the difference in brand then switched them to the rear. Only small trips since then until today, when noise was explained by AA WOF failure as flat tire spots that were there since they were fitted. Luckily 2 new tires instantly removed the pain I felt since knowing the rumbling wasn't tires but suspension noise.
