Generation Homes Riverhead

Web site said it opened at 10.00. It was closed when we arrived and still closed at 10.30. Looks good from the outside but a wasted trip from Karaka for us.

Generation Homes have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. After meeting with various building companies my partner and i decide to build with Generation due to their exceptional "above and beyond" customer service and competitive pricing. Generation pride themselves on a no hidden cost policy which was something that was a big relief, especially when having to stick to a budget. We are not far away from having a slab down on our section and Generation has a promise of being in the home 16 weeks after, this is something that has never been broken. The whole process has been a mix of emotion but our New Home Consultant Sue Jackson has made the whole process as easy and stress free as possible, i would highly recommend dealing with her if you want somebody that cares about your new home. We cannot wait to get into our new home and be apart of the extended Generation family.

Building can be a scary and stressful experience but all of the riverhead generation crew all were amazing. One thing that made us feel happy with our decision was the no hidden costs of fees. All fixed prices with no surprises so we knew exactly what our budget was and they guarentee move in date. Ive been to alot of show homes and i can safely say the finishing touches is something they take pride in and it makes a big difference. No corners cut. No rushed job. It was three years ago my partner and I moved into our lovely new Generation built home in Riverhead. It was a great experience seeing this home and income constructed at a given time,
a set price and superb workmanship.
The whole process from day one until completion was stress free and exciting to
follow. I found the GH’s team very honest and communications were excellent throughout. Our home is everything we wanted. Warm, sunny, well designed, spacious and it has a wonderful indoor outdoor flow.
I have met many of the generation clients and they all seem to be as satisfied with their homes as we are. Thank you Generation Homes, Peter, Suanne and team and keep up your good work and good reputation.

Could not recommend them highly enough. We built with GH Riverhead in 2018, moving into our lovely new home in July, following the - as predicted - 14 week from slab build programme. Built to a fixed price with some additional tweaks and personalisations agreed and delivered at a fair and transparent price. Great communication throughout the build and the post move-in after care has also been great.
