Staff here love making 3 year olds cry and laugh about it. Especially the young one with coloured hair. She needs to get out of customer service or learn how to treat people better otherwise she’s going to do it to the wrong person.

Staff absolutely disrespectful. And Manager supporting the rude young girl with colourful hairs behaviour. Will NOT be shopping here. Used to be my go to. Do not recommend and will be telling everyone i know to go elsewhere.

A great place if you get into crafts. Even Leather which I made s heavy apron with. Lots of repair stuff too.

Love this shop. Something for everyone at a great price. I shop here regularly and especially love the fabric selection for both clothing and furnishings.

Love this placed way cheaper than place like spotlight and love how I can buy almost everything in eaches (like screws) instead of buying a box. Perfect for home crafters and diy

As I am in level 3 lockdown I needed buttons and ribbons for the baby knitting I had completed. I went to the shop, explained what I required and the two very helpful ladies went and searched items for me. Brought them back to the counter. Wonderful service, happy and helpful staff.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Huge variety of craft and DIY supplies, it feels a bit like a treasure trove where you can find things you didn't even know you needed.

Can nearly always get any bits and pieces here that no one else has. Also a good selection of furnishing and curtain fabrics. They have an amazing selection of stuff packed into one small space. Very reasonable prices.

Always a great store, helpful staff members. Super cheap for tids and tads. Stop there before going onto the likes of spotlight or the warehouse. Cannot fault it. Sometimes it's best to ask staff to locate and item as there is a lot in store.

It's an okey shop they have some cheap fabric, it's a 50/50 chance of them having fabric that your looking for. It is close which is great. It's the customer service that is terrible and lets the place, there's two grumpy elderly ladies that are there and when you ask them for help or go to buy you're items they always give you a look as if your the unwanted gum at the bottom of there shoe and they would much rather go back to talking loudly to each other. There is a guy that works in the back sometimes and he is very nice and helpfully.

Changed my review because its even worse now than 2 years ago. They do not sell some of the most elementary its in haberdashery. And if you dare ask, you get an extremely unhelpful grumpy 'what planet are you from' response. Potentially a good store let down by very grumpy staff. It wouldn't hurt them to smile a bit. Its a shop run by grumpy old ladies. Original founder geoff would be turning in his grave if he saw how it is now

Jammed packed with everything and anything including fabric, haberdashery, party and dress up supplies and much much more. Team friendly and plenty of parking available out front.

Much better prices than the regular stores, and they have a great selection of household hardware and sewing supplies, some of which I just can't find elsewhere. I could so easily overspend here!
