Get-A-Gate Auckland

I made an appointment, then that was cancelled for another day.last minute I get a text to say they are running late and will not be showing up and they will get in contact to make another time. They didn't. I contacted them for up date by text from same number, no reply. I called to find out what is going on and they wouldn't know which way it up. I could not get the man whose number I have been interacting with to put me through to someone who is more capable or helpful. All in all just a joke. Im surprise these people have a business or perhaps they don't

At start he was nice and turned into unresponsiveness. Received a quote, made a choice, but never heard back after numerous follow-up calls. Shane apologized for the delay and claimed to send the quote, but no action. Felt disrespected and that my job was too small. Waste of time.

Very competitive prices on gates and Michael went out of his way for when I needed to pick up as I was running late in the evening due to traffic. Amazing customer service

Worst experience ever with Shane. Rude is only the beginning of it. His staff in Auckland are just as bad as him. Would never recommend. Avoid like the plague.

The purchase experience is hassle free. We just provided the measurement of the openings for fence and gates, and we were given a few design options.

Installation was completed within three days. Installers were efficient.

The final finishing makes our fence and gates blend in well with our house and the neighbourhood.

Replaced my old heavy gate with a new aluminium one. The service and communication was great and Reygel the installer was fantastic, he removed the old gates, installed the new one on my old posts and set up the automation so it is working better than ever.
