Excellent service from Giles Carpets. Roger helped me choose the best colour and carpet to complement our house. And the team who laid the carpet did an absolutely outstanding job! The carpet looks amazing! Thank you:)
I also used them to supply laminate tiles to match for the kitchen.

Went in looking for some replacement carpet. The lady spent a good 30 mins with us looking around looking for carpet to match and also giving us some ideas how to get our problem resolved.
So recommend these guys nice to deal with!

When I've approached gentleman in the store and got asked whether I am in need of help, my reply was more then obvious, " I'm looking for carpet. ". Gentleman's reply with grin on face was even more obvious, " Well, I think you're in right place ". This gentleman was Alllen Giles and what happened after wasn't exactly too obvious anymore, because I had two houses to be completely recarpeted in very short time and with only few days notice. These guys made it happen with smile on their faces. Choice of carpet, measure, quotation, carpet layers arrival, old carpets removal, new carpets laid, tidy up afterwards. All done in higly professional manners and in very competitive pricing as well well. This made me feel like valued customer and if in future, wouldn't look any further. Thank you Giles Carpets

Great service, and Giles were able to source the carpet I wanted quickly (while other stores were out of stock). Installation was prompt and done exceptionally well. Reasonably priced compared to other places. Definitely recommend.

We had an urgent job to complete before our baby was due and the team (I think we dealt with every sales person at some point in the process) was knowledgable and helpful in the decision-making process. Unfortunately the carpet we chose sold out due to some miscommunication but Ange went the extra mile to find us an even better carpet at a better price, so in the end we were very happy! Despite a pandemic and a sudden lockdown, they went above and beyond to get the carpet laid in time for the baby's arrival! The layer took good care of the skirting boards which had been painted only 48hrs before.

Had such a good experience from the moment we entered their showroom. The staff were very knowledgeable and had great prices. The tradies that arrived on site were on time and very respectful of our home. The carpet looks and feels amazing. Completely exceeded our expectations. We will be a repeat customer for any future requirements.

Very happy with our new carpet and happy to recommend Giles Carpets. They were able to supply the carpet we wanted at a better price than competitors. Customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Carpet layers who did the install were personable and efficient and the finished result looks great. Next time we need to re carpet we will be going to Giles Carpets first. Also nice to support a family business.

Disappointed at their service and lost my business as we had a house to carpet. Walked in and stood around for 10 mins and on one talk to us or said they see us soon.
