Great customer service and top perks for buying a used car: two years full warranty and roadside assistance - also a full tank of petrol (first time when I buy any car, new or used and getting that).

These guys don't give up on the awesome service once they sell you a car. A broken windscreen on my new car was sorted with one email sentence. Windscreen in stock, booked in to replace within a few days, brand new loan car for the day, my car was valet clean upon pickup, phenomenal service from very friendly team.

Fantastic experience with Giltrap Audi. My car had a few issues that other "specialist" mechanics/dealers had struggled to even diagnose. Todd and the team were able to have all issues diagnosed and resolved in the span of a few days. Staff were all very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I cannot give higher praise.
