EXCELLENT SERVICE! Tony went out of his way to ensure 100% customer satisfaction! It is not often that companies in NZ still provide this type of service. I was blown away by his prompt responses, his "let's make a plan" type of attitude, but most of all, his honesty and integrity! I am now a customer for life and can highly recommend anyone who is struggling to get service from one of the 'bigger glass guys' (like I did), to rather give Glass Connect a try. Highly recommend Anthony for any glass repairs! He’s done a couple jobs at my home now and both times doing such good work. Tidy, efficient and very fast to come to me (same day of booking). His communication in replying for quotes was fast and prompt.

Tony at Glass Connect was incredibly helpful and by far the best price I found. I was really struggling as I didnt know how I was going to afford the repair (very large window) and the quotes I got from other companies were phenomenal. Thank goodness I found Glass Connect, Tony was so accomodating and offered me a great price to help me out. Highly recommend Tony. The glass in a cupboard door was broken. He came the day I called him, had the glass in stock, (had to match other door with glass still intact) - took the door away and would have returned and reinstalled it the next day if had been convenient for me. Reinstalled the door as soon as it was convenient for me. He was friendly and polite, flexible and did a great job. The other companies I called I had to take the door to them, and I didn't know how to get it out of the cupboard.
