48This company doesnt deserve 1 star. I thought I would go with them because the reviews are good. However after confirming the total price of the quote several times. Then on receiving the quote I paid the 30% deposit immediately only to get a call from Sam 3 days later to say the quote is now going to be 2,000 dollars more. This was ridiculous as he should have checked scaffolding prices prior to quoting me. Then it was extremely unprofessional when I was told to contact scaffolding companies myself. I have decided to go to a more professional painting company now. Very disappointing customer service.
Professional, helpful team who got on with the job. Attention to detail was good producing an excellent outcome. Very happy with all aspects of the service.
I highly recommend using Go 1 Day painting for your next paint project. These guys were very professional, did a great job, gave me some very helpful advice (their product knowledge was excellent), tidied up at the end of the day and always appeared on site with a smile. Very helpful contractors, nothing too hard and returned for touch ups (not their fault) at no cost. We operate a network of stores and have used them as a commercial contractor on many occasions.
