As a 1st time customer we reached out to Go Cold Refrigeration to service 3 wall & a multi room ducted system which they completed that same afternoon.
Unrelated, that evening we had a serious malfunction in our ducted system resulting in uncontrolled increasing temperature and unable to turn off the unit. In desperation, and despite being after hours I contacted Jenny and together with Dave they came up with a temporary solution. Dave came out immediately the following morning replaced the faulty controller & fixed the problem, I was also impressed with the reasonableness of their charges.
Kudos to the whole team the quality of service, professionalism and going the extra mile when we needed their after hours help we couldn’t have asked for more.

We finally had a heat pump installed after several years of using a gas fire in a very open plan house. After 3 hours the house would only go up 3 deg. We noticed a huge difference from the get-go. Our house was instantly much warmer and drier. It now takes half the time to go up to double the degrees.
Go Cold were very helpful with all elements of their service and was fitted in just a matter of hours. Liked that the outdoor unit was put on a bracket attached to the concrete base of the house also.
Will definitely be calling Jenny in the future if we need another.

Five stars for Go Cold Refrigeration. I needed 2 heatpumps for 2 rental properties and had a couple of prior quotes but I had no confidence that those quotes would meet the Healthy Homes standards.
As Dave is a refrigeration engineer of many years and not just a heatpump installer I felt confident that I would get what was required. I also asked for and got, their guarantee that what they were installing would meet the HH standards.

Dave came over and installed a heat pump for us. During the initial on-site assessment, he offered us quite a few options and recommended the most cost effective model for us. On the day of the installation, the situation was a bit tricky as there’s steel in the exterior wall. Dave managed to solve the problem to perfect and left site clean and tidy. We are very happy of his service and would highly recommend Go Cold if you are looking at having a heat pump installed.

Excellent service and flexibility.
The team was great in problem resolution with the Aircon company when an issue came about during installation. They constantly kept me in the loop which was awesome.
Also helped understand my situation and provided options to give payment in two batches.
