Vacuuming is a therapy for me, and when our basic no brand vacuum breathed is last breath, I was super keen to get my hands on something serious. Ajani sold us a gorgeous graphite grey Miele C1 after a thorough explanation of comparisons to the C3 (my dream vacuum) and the other branded vacuums on the same level. The prices were competitive and we were also offered a deal on the C3 due to a damaged box, but weren’t pushed when it was still a tad out of our price range. I’ve never see our floor this clean and I’m so grateful we were able to get a great deal on the C1! Thank you Ajani!

Extremely bad customer service. I took my robot vacuum cleaner to the technical service, the repair cost me almost like a new one, so I decided not to repair when they delivered the vacuum cleaner, it was more damaged, it no longer worked.
They say if I want them to check I have to pay again. I do not recommend them, stay away from them.

Extremely unsatisfactory customer service experience. Steer clear, take your money elsewhere. Happy to take your money, but when a product is faulty and a refund is given, you're met with animosity. The multi steam cleaner I purchased was on sale. It had obviously been sitting out back for some time as it had thick dust on it, something I commented on as the salesman wiped it away with a cloth. When I opened the box it was clear that it had been tampered with, the box tabs were thick & layered, & packaging broken. Nonetheless, I am pleased I got a refund and won't be back! I should have learnt my lesson when I made a purchase some years prior. Will stick to Harvey Norman's.

I brought my tineco to the store for repair, because its out of warranty, the sale immediately tell me there is a new model of tineco s5, i asked him what do you want me to do with the old one then? Should i just throw it away like a rubbish, he is not to patient to help me send it to repair, just want to sell me a new model, their services is awful in the store

I bought a Bissell Little Green carpet cleaner from Godfrey’s in Albany for those little accidents you have on the carpet from a new puppy -
This Little Green is fantastic for spot cleaning your carpet - or cleaning carpet in the car - if you have a material lounge suite I guess it would be great on that to (I have leather so haven’t tried it on a lounge suite) -it’s very powerful - easy to use takes a few seconds to set it up and your away cleaning-
The guys in Godfrey’s in Albany were fantastic I bought this on click & collect and it was ready in no time at all to collect already in waiting when I arrived at the shop - I had a few questions and they passed as they knew all about the little green -
So if you have a puppy or cat or just kids that make that little mistake on the carpet this machine will take care of it -
Thanks Little Green you have made life just that little bit easier -

Walking into the Albany branch Sunday 7/8 my husband and I had already researched the shampooer we were considering buying when Kapil approached us. We were instantly drawn to his respectful and humble manner and in the way he assisted us in explaining more about the machine and clarifying information that made us feel confident we were buying a shampooer that met our needs We would like to once again thank Kapil for the excellent customer service. Our item was delivered to our home at no extra cost and we are glad we chose to go to Godfreys. Ps: we saw how the other staff were with customers and can say with all honesty that the team deliver on customer service.

Today (28th July) I experienced what I call exceptional customer care. I visited the Albany store to sort out a intermittent fault on the power head on my Hoover vacuum. The guy gave me immediate attention and substituted another hose from a store demo and determined the fault and provided a solution. All within 10 minutes! He not only went out in the miserable weather to fetch the vacuum from my car but on completion returned it. He checked the filters and provided a simple explanation of the fault. A miserable day weather wise but a great customer experience. Sorry I did not get the staff members name nor his friendly colleague. Thanks Team Albany Godfreys. Paul Brown

Bought a titan 2000 bagless vacuum from them, a month later the turbo head stopped working, took it in and they said they had to send it away rather than just replace it. After 1st lockdown went back in as I never heard from them again.
Said they couldn't find any record of it but offered a second hand one otherwise I'd have to wait for them to follow up on my replacement.
I said I'd wait.
A year later still no word and now that the standard head has fallen apart also I decided to call again and try my luck.
They said-after 10 minutes of saying there was no record- that there actually was a record and my turbo head had already been replaced.

Absolute bs.

I bought a Tineco stick vac today! Omg! I am so glad Ali (I think his name was) talked me into it! I seriously think it has changed my life! Best money I’ve ever spent! I’m running out of things to vacuum! I’ve even done the shutters with it! It is the business!

Horrible experience *do not buy* they will give you the run around with faulty vacuums. We bought our Vac. Blew up 2 days later, no exchange nothing. Gets sent off only to be told tomorrow or 3 days time. Have to keep chasing up. And we are still waiting. Had to buy a second vacuum.

Went to check out vacuum cleaner ended up with a bagless one I love it great suction minimal blockages work here x2 will 10litre canister recommend this one $250 well spent on price. Staff member was very helpful allowed us to sample the vac first big selection on site plenty of parking.

Poor service, I was interested the hoover $199 sale vacuum, the india sale person was not willing to show me the machine and keep serving other dyson $$ types customers come in after me. The china guy did help me with. I didn’t buy. I scare the after sale service. And I will never come back.

Very helpful staff and made sure I had all the information about my vacuum and knew how to operate it. Thankyou.
