18Rang Botany to see if they would price match they said they would, drove 30 minutes to be told oh no we can't do that that's almost half the price? If you say you are going to price match do so, You then said you could only take $100 off the current price which wasn't price matching, If you don't do price match don't say that you do its false advertising
Bought a vacuum from Godfreys in New Lynn called Hoover Eco Pets Turbo Bagless Vacuum Cleaner. After 6 months of use (once a week), it won’t start anymore.
Went to the Botany branch to see if they can have a look at it and get it fix or even give us a replacement but the sales rep told us that they can’t give us a new one and told us we will have to wait 2 months for an answer. We bought this vacuum thinking it was good but clearly it has an electrical issue.
Not Happy!

Pathetic customer service! Arrogant salesman! You gotta have a whole 20hours or more to go shopping for vacuum cleaners here because the salesman starts with the cheapest vacuum cleaner, tells you a whole 50 pages about it, then moves to the next one, again telling you the similar, a 50 page of info. When I said I didnot have a whole day to shop for vacuum cleaners, he got offended and told me to go do my own thing in finding out which cleaner is better, than the others, and walks away! So Bingo! You've just lost a genuine customer!

Very happy with two recent purchases from Godfreys Botany Downs. The two staff members we dealt with were knowledgeable and very helpful. Our new Electrolux Silent Performer vacuum cleaner is certainly quiet, and is light, with a long cord and great suction. Additionally, the Enzyme Wizard pH neutral no-rinse floor cleaner we bought was nothing short of miraculous in reviving our kitchen vinyl - can absolutely recommend it. Thank you.
Well, I was looking for a Miele vacuum last week, as my knowledge I have seen a bagless vacuum by Miele call CX1 from Farmers before, just want to know the comparison between bag vacuum (C3) VS bagless (CX1), the lady sales told me Miele never has bagless, the vacuum I seen from Farmers not existing, and she just rushing too much for selling the C3 they have stock, when I decided to reconsider a bit more, she looked unhappy and unwelcomed, not good experience for my first time visit.then I walked in Harvey Norman where just next door by Godfreys, very relax shopping experience, no pushing for buy, at the end i decided to purchase Miele C3 cat and dog from Harvey Norman, very good vacuum i am happy with that

Went into to Botany store today and one of the sales people on duty was the worst salesperson I have ever encountered. Rude, rolling his eyes at my lack of knowledge on my vacuum warranty and service details. He wasn't even prepared to try help me. Have never been treated with such bad attitude. Sadly I did not get his name as I had to walk out the shop as I was so upset at the way he spoke to me. Was in the shop a few weeks earlier and heard him treating another customer with the same kind of disrespect.

Absolutely awful customer service.rude and unhelpful. I took my vacumn cleaner in for repair and was treated appallingly.told that the the broken part was my fault even though it was clearly due to wear and tear and supposedly covered under warranty. They finally sent it away for repair however I didn't
back from them for 3 weeks. I called twice to find out what was happening with my vacuum.they said they would get back to me and never did. I called again to be told in a very abrupt manner that it was ready from collection.no explanation or apology given just sheer rudeness.

Cleaner was taken in for its regular service, then appeared to get lost between the store/service centre /courier.

Honestly people do not buy a vacuum cleaner from them service is SHOCKING they promise you the world make claims about vacuum cleaners that in fact are not true.i brought a wetheim paid $1200 from them a few years ago wanted to order a new part for it, and wanted the phone number used to purchase at the time I have changed my number several times, so could not remember the number i had when brought as it was a work phone by a company i was working for.it made no difference they would not order me the part. Honestly what a joke.i am surprised they are still in business

I came in store for a repair enquiry, tought I need to send away the machine. The staff here did diagnosis in store and luckily it works fine now. Thankyou for going an extra mile!
I found they guy that worked on Saturday the most rudest person I have ever dealt with. And before he served me he was being extremely rude to another customer. I have sent back my carpet cleaner 4 times in 6 months and now they want to start charging me even tho it has a 12 month warranty. Not a great place to buy from.
Very good customer service, the sales person janson is very friendly. At the end of the day we are satisfied with the product we bought.
I bought an expensive Freejet Hoover 3 in 1 which was always getting clogged up easily in the vacuum head then later the charging circuit inside died. Total use was minimal, its past its warranty period now so will end up in the rubbish bin. What a waste, as the sales pitch told me at the time how great it was.
