Your employee named Raj is just amazing. Went to buy vacuum and he was so helpful and informative. Wanted to buy something cheaper and ended up getting a $700ish one. His customer service skills just amazing.

I was having issues with my vacuum recently and they so kindly gave it a deep clean complimentary to ensure it wasn’t from my lack of cleaning the filters and build up dust. Great service!

We went in to the shop just to look at some wet n vacs as had a few other stores to compare prices and brands with. The store assistant was so super helpful and the deals in-store were unbeatable. Needless to say we walked out with one and have 8yr old carpet that now looks brand new! What a machine! Thanks Godfreys! Our 2nd purchase from you now, we also bought a stick vacuum last year.

Buyer Beware!
I’m posting this feedback to express concern of a purchase made at the Pukekohe Branch.
I purchased a commercial vacuum cleaner on the recommendation of salesman Raj. The vacuum cleaner was brought out from storeroom without packaging, instructions or accessories but I was given full assurance this was legitimate and new.

I used the vacuum once but it had poor suction for the job required. I returned the vacuum within 7 days and purchased another model, but Raj charged me $55.95 for “lost” accessories that were never given to me initially. He told me the money would be returned when I returned the accessories. My husband and I genuinely went home to look for these accessories in case it was an oversight on our part but nothing was found.

We returned to the store a third time for Raj to show us CCTV video of the original transaction to ascertain if accessories were given with the first vacuum purchase, but he refused to show us the full video. Raj instead showed us a snippet of video lasting a few seconds of a different machine. We weren’t even in the video image.

We’re really upset and disappointed at the dishonesty shown by Raj and his father who own the franchise. I purchased the first vacuum in good faith and trust, and returned it well within the consumer guarantee timeframe. I have asked Raj repeatedly to return the $55.95 as this was charged for accessories never provided, however, he has refused outright.

I don’t even care that much about the money, but the dishonesty and unjust behaviour needs to be addressed to preserve (and repair) the company’s reputation.

I love Godfrey Pukekohe. Bought nice cordless vac that goes really well and the price was good.

Staff were so nice! He gave us both positive and negative information on what we were looking for and wasn't pushy at all! Very happy with my purchase and was well informed:)

We would recommend this store to anyone, mainly because the staff are so helpful and kind, but also because they have awesome deals and you get exactly what you need. Very poor service, I took my bissell Hoover in that had stopped working it was making a funny noise & the roller didn’t move to see if it could be fixed. I paid $49.95. A week had gone by no contact so called and told it would be looked at that day, another week past still no call. When I called I was told it was an old model and couldn’t be fixed because they didn’t have the parts. When I collected the hoover I asked why if they knew it was an old model and that there was a chance they might not be able to get the parts why did they not tell me that before looking at it? I was told the person on reception doesn’t know about Hoovers or parts he can only sell them and Hoovers bags, he work in a Hoover shop he’d have some knowledge and if he wasn’t sure he should of checked with someone before taking my money. I said you’ve completely ripped me off if you knew it was an old model why take my money, the guy said I only asked them to find out what was wrong with it and not that I want it fixed! What? I was then told if I can get the part they can fix it, if u can’t get the part how am I supposed to get the part! Such rude service. I went to Harvey Norman to purchase a new Hoover and told them what had just happened and sales person said that’s doesn’t surprise me, I would not purchase anything from that shop!

I Purchased the Tineco Pure One X. Absolute Rubbish. I have to have it on Max just to do my House as it is all carpet which is only 12 minutes run time. At $599 waste of money. The Auto Mode is Pointless next to no suction. I called the store to return it as I just got it today and they just argued saying they've never had complaints about this vacumn. They don't understand what my issue is

Raja was really helpful and spent a long time with me (older woman) at I needed quite a bit of explaining how to use it.

Awesome service was provided by Nikita and Latu 3 weeks ago. Very knowledgeable and friendly girls. Previously had very bad customer experience at this store but these girls are outstanding. Would shop here again only if served by Latu and Nikita

Ripping off. Second hand used items been sold as new. Missing parts onnew items and wanting to replace with extra cost. Very good service when you buy product but zero service after. Please try to avoid this shop in pukekohe

Absolutely disgusting people, don’t care about their customers at all. Went in to get help with a purchase and got told that we can either pay for getting it fixed (it’s still under warranty) and cannot receive a refund. The problem from the beginning was that Raja didn’t explain all the details of the product to begin with, which I may add is false advertising/improper communication and this can be taken up with a consumer lawyer. Never in my life or anyone’s I know life have we had to unclog a vacuum hose every 10 mins what a joke.

Great service, my machine was having issues and could not take to them as I cannot drive, they sent a person to pick the machine, repair and then dropped it off as well. Gave me a loan vac as well to use in the meantime. Very professional
