Godfreys Westgate. Great service and both staff members very knowledge, friendly and the door to door delivery after the late part arrival was an added bonus.

If you are serious on vacuum cleaner or want to buy one fit for you,
better not to go to hv, nl, (of course not km)
but you gotta go to godfrey they are serious on cleaner.reason is
hv, nl they are trying to sell item that give them more commission
but these godfrey's crew is doing job seriously,
they are not trying to take easy way,

b4 you buy any vacuum from any other store, jump here and ask them.you will find out why i do review like this.buy from right pro.you will not make mistake.

Bought a new Hoover vacuum here over the weekend which unfortunately after a short amount of use the motor had blown out and wouldn’t power on anymore. I tried to take it back to New Lynn store the following day for a replacement as it was more convenient store to get to and was turned away as they didn’t want to take a return that wasn’t purchased at their store - which is against the company’s consumer guarantee policy!

So I returned to Westgate today and had my vacuum replaced with a brand new one - no questions asked. Was in there for less than 5 minutes and left with a much better experience than I had yesterday. Thanks heaps!

Scammers. This store scams elderly people. Pretending to fix issues and replace parts but don't and refuse to acknowledge that even with proof. Not surprising from a company that has been taken to court numerous times. Don't shop here.

I too have fallen victim to the same unscrupulous behaviour from this store.
Shame on you Godfreys for targeting those who are vunerable and naively trust your professional advice.
I can't afford to pay for unnecessary repairs that were never done.
I will never shop there again.

Awesome service, Yesterday I called to see if the store had a Hoover Action Pets Bagged Vacuum Cleaner as I needed a new one and I knew they were selling out in all stores, I spoke to a lovely man on the phone I think his name was Sam and I saw on the website it only offered click and collect and so I asked if he could deliver and he said yep give him 30mins and he will arrange it free of charge then he emailed me and had it already sent off with the couriers to me and this morning it has arrived to me wow so fast not even 24hours and it has arrived. I really appreciate Sam for helping me he definitely needs a promotion
