5Russell Drake is an excellent agent, very helpful and knowledgeable. Really understood what we were looking for in a home.
First time building with Golden homes, few issues at the start, but are on a roll, very happy with progress to date, once contract is completed will change to 5 stars:)
Update. We are doing another build with them. Must be good right
Second build going ok. Due to unforeseen conditions due to weather and covid. We are still with progress
Absolute Liars! Minor dwelling that they said was $125,000 turned into $250,000 but the exclusions only added up to
$40,000? ! As we had those quoted separately!
We like their approach. Very open and transparent. Willing to work with us.
