People here need to be a bit more professional. Regarding drinks it has been quite watered down and diluted in the past. Will update when I visit again.

The Amass Bean is much more delicious ㅠ I miss it ㅠ The Oreos may have been powdered.
Matcha milk tea + added pearls + added Oreo = $8.9

Jin is a very good person. I am very conscious about hygiene, and I have asked for extra attention a few times when she prepares my drinks. She always follows my requests. Please thank her for her excellent service.

Rude staffs and Bad customer services even though wearing uniform and

Brown sugar milk tea with egg pudding is my go to.
Has kiosk to order your drink instead of the counter too, making it contactless.
My preference over other bubble tea stores.

Their "Dirtea" is not dirty looking at all, tastes a bit watery, not milky or creamy at all. Disappointed.

Gong Cha is delicious. This place was nice and fast. I recommend the Taro milk drink. Don't go for the cubes though. They are literally chunks of taro. Not to my taste.
Pro tip: always go for extra pearls!

Bad service. The person who was the counter was very rude to me. Will never go again. Plenty of other bubble tea shops in the mall anyway.

Fed up with the staff services, voice was not loud enough under the noisy atmosphere even though required louder. And the drink was average

Too slow, not enough staffing. Considering this is inside one of the busiest malls in Auckland. It was Saturday afternoon 1pm but only two staff behind the counter. And the queue was out the door. Both staff were making orders at the same time. Not good enough. Recommend to go to the Gongcha store further up the road and opposite to the swimpool. The lady in this Mall store also got one of the drinks wrong. This is a key site store and I hope the store management is reading this feedback. Put more staff on on weekends.common sense. We were 5th customer in the queue and waiting time was 30mins.in this case it made no difference if we had ordered online becuase the only two staff avaialble were already tied up. Remmeber this was 1pm Saturday afternoon! Not good enough from customers' perspective.

Went in the morning, Staff was so friendly and helpful, milktea is good too. And gongcha always cheaperthan Other milktea shop.

If you're in Newmarket and want Gong Cha you're better off going to the one on Broadway. Service is always polite but the tea is watery, they have never gotten the sugar levels right, and the pearls taste funny. Broadway store is always 10/10, this one not so much.

First of all, they made me queue for 10 mins. Secondly when I asked for extra pearls, I was watching the guy but he ended up just leaving it there with barely an pearls. When I complained he only added a little bit more and by that time I gave up. The Gong Cha on queen street gives you more amount of pearls on your bubble tea without having to order extra pearls. And finally when I thought things couldn’t get any worse I sat down and drank the tea. I hope I’m not coming if as picky but the tea tastes like milk. Then I checked the colour of the tea and realised it really was a pale brown. Don’t know why this branch can’t get their Pearl Mill Tea right.

Since it’s newly opened the service was ok. The staff seemed a bit cold but the gongcha was pretty good

Staff member was very rude and unfriendly. The service was extremely slow and after 10 mins of waiting just to be served at the counter I gave up and left. Definitely not worth the wait

The most ridiculous kiosk for auto order. Kiosk using ipad lol thats like the dumbest thing i ve ever seen. Zero friendly nor helpful staff and taking forever. Dumbest milk tea ever experienced. All working there should be fired.

The store has only recently opened so there are staff still being trained. Not all items from their usual menu is available yet either (i.e. Smoothies) but we were told it's coming soon.

The store is well designed, drinks are made fast and to order and the location is nicely situated opposite Tai Ping right outside Countdown.

The service unfortunately isn't that great compared to other Gong Cha stores. Seeing as their menu was limited in options and didn't have our regular drinks, we asked for some recommendations which we hated after trying. Sadly they refused to change it or offer a refund even though it was their recommendation and it was only after getting the manager involved where we were offered a remake - which we declined for obvious reasons.
