Gonghin Fresh Noodle reviews
14Came here today, great food good portion size reasonable pricing, fast service friendly staff. Will be back. One of the best noodle places around highly recommend.
I really like the jelly, shredded potatoes and side dishes, and the signature big bone in sauce is also good! But the noodles are too salty, really salty! Braised beef noodle soup and braised beef noodles are both very salty!
The Northeast Cold Noodles are super delicious. I drank up all the soup. The hot and sour noodles are also good. The boss even gave me side dishes
Tasty and big portion for the price! We had the beef braised noodles and beef pickles noodles and both were nice. Would like to come back to try some other dishes.
Great noodles and fried rice here. They make their own fresh noodles and sells them too. Their side dishes like potato slices and spring onion pancake are nice too. Yang Zhou Fried Rice is a favourite.
Exquisite taste and generous portions.
Goes beyond the norm.
Return customer guaranteed.
The front desk and the kitchen were busy arguing, and we ordered a bowl of rice noodles with sausages and a portion of Kung Pao Chicken Rice. Kung Pao Chicken was served, and rice noodles with sausages waited until everyone who arrived later than us had eaten them, and then the rice noodles were served. The oil in the soup that was served had already begun to solidify. The store owner explained that the meal was ready and had forgotten to serve it. Maybe there were six customers in the store and they were busy arguing
Glad, fresh food, kind manager, easy to communicate with, nice atmosphere for having meals, one of my favorite restaurants.
A good variety of dishes to choose from, but their noodles are the best. The portions are huge and great value for money. I often order one bowl to share. You can also get dumplings, spring onion pancake, rice dishes etc, as well as side dishes. A good option for lunch or dinner without breaking the bank.
Very tasty food and very reasonable price. Ordered 4 dishes, fried rice noodles, fish head noodle and tomato and egg noodles plus steamed dumplings. All were very tasty and the service was also pretty good. Food serve pretty quickly too.
We visit this restaurant frequently as it has never disappoint us with it's affordability, portion of the serving as well as flavor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this one as Auckland's best/cheapest eat-out. FIVE stars.
Good value and great taste
Favorites are fish head noodle soup, pork rib noodle soup, salty fish and chicken fried rice.
Good portion sizes and prices, one of our local favourites. Love their store made chilli oil and fresh hand made noodles.
This place is a sit-in diner, but you can also buy their noodles to cook at home.
I've tried five of their noodle dishes now (soup and fried dishes) and all have been excellent. I've also tried their pan fried dumplings, which were also delicious. In my opinion, this is the best noodle place in the area.
Flavours: amazing.
Portions: huge.
Price: low to medium cost depending on what you choose, but it is possible to have lunch for $11.
Decor: fairly clean and tidy, but this is not a fancy restaurant. It's very casual.
Service: pretty prompt and fairly friendly.
Menu: in Cantonese and in English
