7Good customer service in my experience. When we had an issue with a product, they were quick to help and replace the item via courier.
I have more than several their products. Usually using mainly plant materials. My family take Viralex (have "Attack" when we have cold), Iron Chews Tablets (taste nice) and Premium Vision capsules for eye issue. They are mild for stomach and no problem. Good Health is first choice when we search some supplements. Price usually reasonable, too. We are happy.
I recently purchased the large container of evening primrose oil 1000mg at a cost of $56 50. I found it impossible to open and then had another strong wristed member of my family try to open it and they also failed
Our scissors also failed to go through. So we had to use a screwdriver to punch a hole in the seal then try to tear it open. While doing this I got 2 bad cuts to my hand from the very heavy seal.
Not happy with response from them saying it was to keep product safe.yeah you can't get at it. Won't be using them again found same product another supplier half their price

I bought Viralex Attack batch S10A just before lock down. Felt a bit of a cold coming on this morning took one tablet with breakfast. Within two hours I was chronically sick vomiting.diarrhea sweating.clammy, then freezing and breathless. Lasted 3 hours of helplessness. Had a big sleep now feeling better. I will not be taking this tablet ever again suffering bad anaphalatic (sp) reaction
