Lotte was great! Kept us posted on delays to our meals, then took a round of drinks off our bill. A smile on her face throughout. She is an asset to the team and made for a pleasant experience.

Always nice coming here, only fault was the burger was a bit boring and not much to it. Chips and cocktails were great though. It was our second time being served by Deedee, she is always lovely and provides great service!

I honestly love this place. The food is sensational. I especially love the make your own salad. The kitchen staff are upbeat and I love that you can see them ️ Service is always splendid. Today we had Aimee and she was Devine. My absolute fave and go to when dining out west

We had a family meetup here with about 25 people and the staff were great, allowing us the whole outdoor area to ourselves. The staff were also really accommodating of our dog, and having baskets of blankets outside was a really nice touch. Beer selection was OK, would like to see wider craft beer selection on tap, but this is more of a gastropub than a taphouse. We also had a few platters and pizzas and everything was on point.

Super super friendly service and cool atmosphere but the food was a bit disappointing - not enough flavour. We had the pizza and pasta and it was just not great. Would also be great to have a vegan option available

Some of the nicest takeaway pasta I've had in a while. Price may seem on the steep end but the portion size matches.

I am giving these guys a 4 out of 5 rating because their customer service was the best I have received in a long time. When ordering I decided to try something different but the meal was not up to my expectations for a restaurant meal. I could have done better cooking at home. I am not going to get into details because we all know what it is like to get a disappointing meal. The big difference was the attitude when I asked our server to take it back. I explained what I believed was wrong with the meal and why I did not want it anymore and she immediately apologised and took the feedback straight to the kitchen. I was not rude, loud or demanding, just polite. On her return she apologised again from the kitchen and offered something else. Her attitude was exceptional and the rest of the staff were as well. I received a credit and they gave me a dessert as well. I always give feedback positive or otherwise when I am out. A restaurant needs to know when something is not going well. 2 others at my table ordered similar to me and were also disappointed but didn't want to make a fuss. I don't think it was making a fuss but let them know I was not satisfied. I work hard for my pay and meals out are not cheap so we ensure that when something goes wrong, it is righted and that is what happened tonight. Well done Goode Brothers.

Good coffee, fully licensed, ltalian style food, pleasant service and well positioned with indoor & outdoor seating. Closest to a real bisto-pub we've got at Westgate.

Been here a few times enjoyed the food and service, today however my partners fish and chips were only half cooked, the potatoes were raw and hard in the centre, breaking the fish open, raw in the middle, disappointing,

We went in on a whim for lunch. Great service and great food. We sat near the kitchen and they are a well oiled machine with good cleanliness. I cannot recommend them jightly enough for a casual lunch

Amazing service and Amazing food! I was served by Evelyn and she was wonderful! I was struggling to choose from the menu and she recommended me the lamb pizza, which was perfect for me! Will come again.

Ordered 1 jug and 1 tower of tiger but got charge for 2 each $100 different, (lucky me i always check the bills) waitress forgot the tower of tiger had to remind, second waitress forgot to bring desert menu. Other then that environment good, friendly service, food delicious

I called for a takeaway order and requested 2 rib-eye streaks with extra sauce as I've noticed that their takeaway orders often lacked effort. The employee said to come pick it up in 15-20 minutes and so I arrived in time however they mucked up my order and gave my order to an uber driver which lead me to wait another 30 minutes for that uber driver to drive back to the restaurant. After all that, no compensation was offered - Instead we were served with an absolute disappointing meal.

The rib-eye steak was tiny. I requested for medium well but mine was well done (this always happens when I order from here but I ignored this). My requested EXTRA sauce was no difference from their normal serving size sauce for takeaway orders (which is very less sauce). What they did was give us an extra sauce cup that only filled 1/4 of that cup. That was so stingy of them considering that it was just sauce.

I am saying this as I usually dine in their restaurant. I have great comparisons. Usually when dining in, they present the steak with herbs and butter however my takeaway order did not have any of that.

Chips, barely any sauce, tiny steak for $75 along with an extra 30 minute wait time with no compensation. I've noticed that they've increased the price for the steak or maybe it was just the price for the ''extra'' sauce they gave.

I have had disappointing takeaway orders from them in the past but I ignored it because it wasn't as bad as the order from last night.

They were stingy, lacked effort on their food because it was a takeaway order, and still charged the maximum price considering that I waited an extra 30 minute for the disappointing order (the food was cold!).

To conclude, takeaway orders are definitely a big no. My experience with them in the past was good but now it is just disappointing.

I have emailed them as they have asked but I've received no response from them. Do not believe what they respond with.

Had a lovely meal at Goode Brothers Northwest. Nikayla was a fantastic waitress! Great service and amazing food!
