Been here and few times and consulted with multiple doctors. The whole experience is professional, receptionist is great. Would definitely recommend.

I have recently transferred as a patient to Grafton Medical under Dr Selva. I have been totally impressed by Dr Selva’s care and thoroughness and his overall professional kindness the rest of the practice is excellent. I can’t recommend Dr Selva and Grafton Medical highly enough.

I cannot praise Grafton Medical Clinic and Dr. Lung enough for the outstanding healthcare experience I received. Dr. Lung's expertise and professionalism are truly exceptional. His depth of knowledge was evident as he took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I felt genuinely cared for, as Dr. Lung addressed my specific needs and explained it in a way that was easy to understand.

The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped, which further adds to the overall positive experience. I have visited several medical facilities in the past in New Zealand and overseas, but Grafton Medical Clinic, under the care of Dr. Lung, truly stands out. Clinical and admin staff have all been lovely, competent and very professional. Have been able to get an appointment same or next day usually.

Dr. Lung is the best! My uni doctor sent me to him after I finished uni because I am very uncomfortable in medical settings and I need a clinic who understands that. This has been the best clinic for me and I have never felt the need to look anywhere else. I could say a lot more about how great this clinic is, but that really sums it up.

Lung and Selva are the best GPs we've ever visited. Both are extremely knowledgable, however, it's their compassion and care for their patients that makes Grafton Medical Centre so much better than anywhere else. It's all the little things they do to go above and beyond.

From the time we ran in with a small dental emergency and Lung dropped everything to do what he could to help (he's obviously not a dentist), and didn't even charge us for his time. To the time we consulted the nurse about travel vaccinations and left with a first aid kit worth of supplies. And we've never 'run out of time' or felt rushed, unlike our experiences at other clinics.

I'd highly recommend Grafton Medical to everyone.

While I found Dr Lung a good GP in the beginning (and when he first started his practice) which was when we joined him, lately I had found issues with his approach and so have now changed doctor.
My first concern was when he recommended a change in my asthma medication for environmental reasons rather than to improve my asthma control. The evidence he provided to tell me that my inhaler was bad for CO 2 levels was ridiculous! And he also told me that the aluminium canisters were polluting. This is not my reason for going to a GP and personally I do not believe we have issues with man-made climate change.
One of the reasons we chose Dr Chung was that he had a speciality in skin (not a specialist but had done extra study in this area). In the beginning he was happy to provide a skin check service for me and he found a minor issue which was treatable with a cream. When a follow-up was required he told my husband and I we should go to a private skin specialist now. When I asked why he recommended this change I was told "As finance is not an issue for you I think it's best to go to a skin specialist". I had never discussed my finances with Dr Lung and nor is it appropriate to treat a patient based on your perception of their finances.
Lastly I found that Dr Lung was not always fair in his fees. If you were 5 mins over on a half hour appt you were charged extra but if you came for a quick follow-up check that took maybe 5 mins you would be charged for a 15 minute appt. There does need to be some flexibility I feel.

There is no greater doctor than Dr. Lung Choi. The entire staff at Grafton Medical Centre are so thoughtful and caring. Thank you for being so amazing!

Extraordinary duty of care. I wish I could give a 10star rating. Dr Lung is the BEST doctor. Lung is very professional, respectful and thorough with all communication. I feel lucky I have such an amazing doctor who always goes the extra mile, specially with young children he makes you feel safe and is ALWAYS there to help if you need.

Honestly the best GP I have ever been to, all of the nurses and reception staff are so personable and friendly. Dr. Lung Choi always went above and beyond for me, with things like getting me to the best specialist, provided regular updates and all staff had very thorough communication through their health portal. I would recommend them to everyone.

I am so glad that I choose this clinic and Dr lung is the best family doctor I have met. I don’t know how to express my appreciation. Dr lung is really caring and approachable. You can feel that he is always work extra mile for the patient and really care about your health. I definitely love the service and staff. I won’t change my GP even I have moved to north shore and definitely recommend it!

Have been to Grafton Medical once before as it is local to my work and I required an injection urgently. Great service, they are helpful and transparent.

I have just contacted them again, as the clinic I am enrolled with (Stanmore Bay Medical) has not been helpful or transparent. And once again they have been great! Helpful and accommodating.

Dr Lung is the best GP I’ve ever been to. He listens, explains and will go extra miles. I’ve never been so comfortable with any other doctors out there.

I have been a patient of Dr Lung since the start of 2021, and have received nothing but the top-level of care. He really embodies the level of attention to detail that you hope to expect from someone in General Practice, and he goes out of his way to ensure the needs of his patients are met.
