I found it to be too expensive for what I wanted but good service when I arrived but got the same thing for about $100 less!

Popped in as my headlight warning had come on and I didn't like the thought of driving in winter with a faulty light. The friendly team were happy to assist straightaway and had me all sorted quickly and efficiently. Thanks for the great service.

Want to say a huge thank you to the team. Incredibly happy and friendly. As it happened, my vehicles issue was not a big deal but I had been stressing the night before as to what could have been wrong. I was made to feel comfortable. Again thank you all so much. You guys are now my go to business and I will be recommending you.

Very proffesional but expensive service, well educated team with great facilities.

Great advice offered and workmanship quality.

Price was very high. I didn't ask for quote though, recommend asking for quotes before getting work carried out

Really appreciated that they made time in the week leading up to Christmas to sort out a fault so that I could get a wof.
Well itemised & clear invoice so you know what you're paying for.
Friendly and efficient service.
Top team in my opinion.

I took my campervan in yesterday to have a reversing camera installed and was blown away by the friendly service and low pricing. The service ended up costing much less than the quoted amount, which was already quite reasonable, and the team did such a fantastic job. The woman at the reception was absolutely lovely as well. After getting home, I also realized that one of the plastic wall panels on the interior, which had been loose when I purchased the vehicle, had been fixed up for me. They really went above and beyond to provide the best service and I cannot recommend them enough.

Had a few issues with my car and they fixed it efficiently, nothing seemed a hassle for them. Would go back with how fast it was all sorted

I went to Graham Crispe Auto Electrical in Pukekohe. I went there to get my speedo fixed. They charged me $85 to look at it. They said there were no faults and it was going. I drove off 10 metres up the road and it stopped working again. I took it back and they charged me another $85 again to look at it. And this time, oh yeah, there is some thing wrong with it. And charged me another $300 to fix it. I thought it was rude to charge me $85 twice when they failed to fix it the first time round. The lady also promised that the courier fee was $4 but when i looked at the final price it was $30 to post my speedo to the specialist.i said i would take it myself if it was going to cost a lot and she said oh no its only $4. The lady was rude when i was called by a man to pick up my car i walked in and she said, oh what its not ready yet.its not ready yet! I had to tell her i was called by some one to pick it up.and when i left, my bonnet was left open and the dash was not screwed in.and i was charged a bomb.so rude and dishonest.never going back there again.ever! The lady also lied and said there were no second hand speedos around to replace my one with. My car is a Mitzi Lancer. A very common car. And almost all car yards have that part. I was totally lied to and wished i never went there. Beware!

I came in to the shop 8 minutes before closing time needing a battery. Within 15 minutes a technician diagnosed the problem as a dead cell, fitted a new battery, and had me out the door. They are friendly and professional. They have earned a new customer!

At very short notice they managed to fit us in. We are so grateful they managed to sort our problem and we could get on the road within an hour. Fair pricing. Thank you so much. Will come again.

Called in on a whim (no booking) due to blown headlight and an urgent need to travel nearing nightfall. They quickly and cheaply accommodated me and my issue. Extremely reasonable pricing, very helpful office staff and very helpful young fella who replaced the bulb (even fielding a million questions from an inquisitive 9yo as he did so). I am extremely thankful and grateful and I can’t recommend this place enough. Outstanding service! Thank you

Last minute phone call to adjust headlights to meet warrant requirements. Immediate service at more than reasonable cost.
Thanks guys

Shocking service and rude unprofessional manager. Made a mistake with my reversing camera installation, I obtained an independent evaluation of the issue and it was definitely Graham Crips mistake, but they continue to be incredibly difficult to deal with and continue to argue the facts.

These people are extremely rude and unpleasant and have no idea how to deal with customers, which might be excusable if they were capable of fixing a car, but they are not.
