Beautiful place to stay and the Cocktail bar next the main lobby is INCREDIBLE - The bar staff (Thomas and Connor) served us up the best cocktails we've ever had. They were so polite, energetic and enthusiastic it was really refreshing. They make the top notch cocktails.

The worst place to stay, the rooms are so dark and outdated there is no air conditioning. My friend was being stalked and harassed by their security guard because he came to visit me for an hour. I highly do no recommend spending your money here it is the worst place in Auckland city. It looks like a cheap tacky motel the images online are definitely not the same. I had the worst experience we checked out the next day and stayed at another hotel was so worth it.

Rooms are dated, and the high mode on the air-conditioning doesn't change from low! $45 for a buffet breakfast is ridiculous! Lobby bar only open until 9: 30pm. There needs to be a few adjustments made to really have the name Grand in the title!

The hotel was being worked on (modifications), so it did not look as exclusive as planned. However, the hotel was great until we had a flood in our room. We were able to change rooms, but the 2nd room was not as fancy. The 5 star restaùrant was not open. Because of the modifications being done, but the Japanese restaurant was open and very good.

Thank you for a nice stay. We would like to give a shout out to Shaun (Sione) who had a lovely genuine personality and we appreciated his greet and meet. The staff overall were amazing.

In the middle of returning to the room to rest, the tenant next door was able to open the connecting door, and only retreated when he heard the noise in our room. Because we don't know if someone has broken in while we were out, so we reported to the hotel that we wanted to change the room, but they perfunctory us by saying that the room is full and the connecting door has been locked again. Therefore, passengers who want to stay, please pay attention to the safety of the room.

Had issues booking on website but team over the phone were very helpful and also were able to arrange an early check in at very short notice. Rooms were nice and exactly what advertise including bath.

Really nice stay, nice and close to everything as well. Facilities were good I remember one of the staff being a bit rude but all the other times I've stayed here its been good.

FRIENDLY staff. Apartment well equipped, clean, spacious, excellent room service. Food is tops- cater for dietary requirements

Fantastic stay & nice hospitality. Very close to city center. Walking distance to waterfront & Sky tower.

Would put ZERO if possible - left TWO personal belongings in the closet amounting to a brand new herringbone jacket - never been worn and my best tailored suit needed for a business interview. I emailed regarding the belongings and didn't even get a reply. I will NEVER stay at any Grand Millennium based on their appalling service at a 'flag ship' hotel of thiers.

MiQ Hotel. Die 2 Wochen in Quarantäne waren sehr gut. Das Personal macht es einem leicht die Zeit gut zu überstehen. Das Essen war hervorragend, Militär und Krankenschwestern freundlich.

Staying here as this is a managed isolation facility during December 2020 to January. Great service by the team and keeps you updated on anything happening. Thank you Team for making my isolation stay accommodating.

Brilliant crew, great food. Did a wonderful job of looking after us in MIQ. Shame about lack of recycling facilities for guests though

Managed isolation went as good as could be expected, staff were nice including all the NZDF, security etc. Food was great, rooms were good, only remotely bad thing is the wifi was spotey at times but for the general user you won't notice. Well managed facility.

Perect for day parking. Parkable doesn't open the door without ending the parking session on the app. Got to call the support to open the door to keep the parking session active

Rooms feel kind of old. Not that modern design. Food is alright not brilliant. Not really healthy enough. I'm here on two week lock down and already getting claustrophobic on day 3 so maybe hotels aren't really my thing ‍️ walking areas for us confined here at the moment definitely could be better

I do not normally review places but this one I can’t help it. Everything was just so amazing! I stayed there some weeks ago while isolating and they have the best of best services! Friendly staffs, clean and neat with all the facilities you need. They even brought me a beautiful birthday cake on my birthday which was really lovely of them. Thankyou for everything Grand Millennium Family and wish you the best for the future!
