I have used them last 2 times within the span of 4 years. Then again for the 3rd time less than one month. All these times their services were excellent in every corner. The absolute best service from Alvin and the team! Alvin was supremely professional and always followed through. We felt very looked after and were well informed throughout the process. Our fixed car looks good as new! Highly highly recommended.

From the moment we walked in every one of their staff treated us with kindness and made sure we were taken care of. I handed over the keys to my pride and joy. The manager was efficient, diligent but most importantly showed care and professionalism when it came to my car.
A few days turnaround and the car came back immaculate! They went above and beyond with their service by cleaning the car and even pumped up the spear flat tyre in my boot. They spent the time to show me what had been repaired and how to maintain the upkeep of my car. Its fair to say they exceeded my expectations and even though I pray I don't need any further panel work done anytime soon, these are the guys I would line up for and recommend every single time! Was frustrating to have my wing mirror wrecked overnight. Other places seemed to only replace the whole wing for hefty prices, even though mine still retracted and functioned fine.
Everything from phone call, to when I arrived for inspection, to setting up and appointment and completing the fix was patient and smoothly done.
Dealt with Alvin primarily, he understood that I wanted a budget-centric fix and offered several options.
Pleasant service all round. Going to be my first stop for repairs in the future

Excellent service and the team there is very professional and helpful. Top quality repair and paint. Highly recommend these guys and will be using them again.

The guys here were super friendly, very customer centric and helpful. I explained I had anxiety about insurance repairs and they were very reassuring to me. The work they did is flawless, it’s hard to match paint from factory paint but it looks brand new and you’d never know there was a dent there.

The cleaning was excellent, especially internally and the few things I left in the car were handled with care. They even managed to get a stain out of my carpets from my daughters chocolate milkshake explosion!

Overall I would recommend them to anyone, thank you guys so much?

Last month I had my Kia hatchback repaired here. They used new panels for the repair and the car hasn't looked better. Their service is reliable and communication was good:)

Replaced my car nozzle but installed used lights that started condensing within few days of installation. Charged over $5K for the job advising to use all new parts. Very rude customer service and inflexible in dealing with customer timelines. To date they have not bothered to replace the lights.will not recommend you here.

These guys go out of their way to take care of you.thank you Alvin and the other guy (sorry forgot your name) for the extra stuff you did.the paint job looks perfect.highly recommend these guys.
