We had a big problem with our septic just 2 days before Christmas and made an urgent call to Greenacres. Appreciate so much their quick response and good workmanship especially at this time of year. We are very grateful for the excellent service.

Waiheke Escapes was faced with a major sewerage issue late on a Friday at one of our holiday houses on the island. A burst pipe needed immediate attention from specialist services and after finding our regular plumbing provider unable to help we called Greenacres.

Sylvia and her team were there within 15 minutes. The amazing service was thorough and quick, put a fix in place and gave us recommendations for drain layers to complete the job the following week. This prompt service saved the guests and neighours from a really narly issue.

We can't rate Sylvia and the team at Greenacres highly enough. When we had an emergency with a sewer leak at a time that we weren't able to attend to it ourselves, and absolutely stressed out to the max, Sylvia calmly dealt with the whole thing and sorted it all out.

We have several properties on Waiheke and have used these guys for years - they are amazingly quick to respond to issues (like often same day) and really know whaty they are doing. We can not recommend them enough.

As a first time home owner on Waiheke I was not to sure how the septic tank systems worked there. So Sylvia from Greenacres reached out to me and was extremely helpful and informative. She sent out a crew member to check on repairs and it was very difficult to get to my septic tank but he was a real trooper and persevered with a very small crawl space. I will look forward to doing business with them in the future and was very impressed with the excellent service.
