Friendly staff, very on to it. My insurance company messed up the filing and these guys were really helpful with getting it across.

Absolutely rude company as soon as I drove in the car Darryl one of the team members already did not want to deal with our car saying my mother was wrong about how insurance works yet it was there receptionist who said bring the car in as it had been sorted. So rude to my mother which in turn made her upset. Told us they could not take in the car till May if insurance was approved (already approved) how ridiculous is that it’s March right now who would wait for 2 months for a repair. Darryl proceeded to say “look at all the cars we have here” that’s the reason for their useless service unprofessional way to speak to potential customers.

The level of service I received from Adam on a busy Monday morning was nothing short of superb.and that was just for an insurance assessment, and before any work has even commenced. Any review that tells you otherwise will likely be the result of an embittered client who has likely felt left short by the insurance process, and nothing else. I will certainly review again on completion of the work, but on first impressions it is hard to imagine anything other than being a satisfied customer!

Worst workmanship I've ever seen at a panel beater. They fixed one side of the car and didn't make the car look evened out. Claiming I didn't know how insurance worked. Mike needs to sort out his attitude. I cannot believe insurance trusts these cowboys.

We went to Greenpark Panel & Paint to get a quote to repair damage to the bumper of our two week old new car. Upon arriving, one mechanic greeted us, and he sorted our problem in 5 minutes, and free of charge. We are deeply touched by the honest and professional attitudes of this gentleman. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Greenpark panel and paint is hands down the best panel shop in nz. If you want things done to perfection this is the panel shop to go to. Hands down repaired my car better then factory. Adam and mike are the people you want to go see. I can’t speak highly enough of their work. If you have any doubts message me and I’ll show you what they done to my car. I have dealt with Greenpark Panel & paint for years, both personally and now with work vehicles. The service is second to none. Friendly always looking to get the job done as fast as they can so as not to inconvenience me too long. Funny, I have noticed a couple of comments and have to say, sometimes other cultures are just so unrealistic with their expectations. You guys rock, thanks for the great service.

Really disappointed with how greedy these guys are. Damaged my vehicle whilst panelling it the first time and blamed me so i had to pay: (i gave them another go - the loan car i was allocated was minorly damaged when parked in a supermarket car park and without even sighting it they are charging me - no discretion considering they have had $6000 out of me in 8 months. Owner / manager abused me on the phone and threatened me, currently holding my vehicle hostage and I’m extremely frightened about trying to get it back: (
