They were very profesional and prompt in giving me a quote and initial status report on what needed to be done. They were very profesional in caring out the work and gave me the certificates in a prompt maner. I would recommend them to anyone wanting their services. Thanks you guys for all your help!

I was very happy with Rotorua Greenside Energy Solutions, Jimmy, Josh and Krysharn came out to install the underfloor and roof insulation and I highly recommend them as hard working and reliable.

It’s a horrible experience with Greenside - Auckland. When they did the insultation, they damage some of the places. They damaged the floor area. I took the pic and emailed to them and initially they agreed to fix it, but later they said sorry we can’t fix it. It’s not our responsibility. I will never recommend to anyone about this company for insulation. They are not professional in doing the insulation service. They want to finish it quickly, no quality work. It’s really very stressful and painful. The customer service people are very rude and no proper response. Finally, I spoke to company director. He said we are not accountable for this damage. I never had such a worst customer experience in NZ for past 12 years and writing a negative comment in the social media. They are not trustworthy, honest and no professionalism. After using their service, the company will be Greenside always, customers will be in the Darkside.

I have used the services of Greenside (previously known as Greenstar) for over seven years and used their services within the Property Management sector for the Healthy Homes Standards compliancy. Always easy and straight forward to deal with. Hiren my main point of contact is on point and shares his vast knowledge. Great team - Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Rotorua GreenSide Energy Solutions (GSES), not only for cost effectiveness, but also workmanship and time efficiency.
Out of the three organisations I had selected, GSES were the first ones to get in touch with me regarding my insulation needs.
David Keefe was the friendly gentleman who assessed our situation, and after that the process was straightforward and all the mahi was carried out promptly.

Greenside was the first company to come back to me after requesting 3 quotes. Their salesman Andrew was on site the next day, and has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Fast forward 2 weeks later, the installer team came on site very happy young men who take pride in their work. They installed our roof insulation and we felt the difference immediately. Greenside shoud have installed heaypump MSZ GL 3VGD modelaccording to contact, but installed MSZ GS 3VFD without sny prior notice.
When I said Greenside installed erong one, Greenside replyed the right model id not produced any more. But many company sell same model$1708.00. Greensidr adked me $2500 + gst.
One more problem is Greenside brought unboxed heatpump, which could be second hand one.

Very quick to deal with and a good quality job. Hiren came out and measured up, and about a week later two supermen, Siupeli and Joey, came and did the job. I was amazed at how fast and hard these 2 guys worked, and their fine workmanship was a great pleasure to see. Thanks guys! The house is much warmer. 10 out of 10

Have used Greenside a few times now for insulation and compliance, and have always been very happy with them. Their customer service (Kelsi) is outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me with something and is a credit to the company.

Incredibly frustrating to deal with - left hand doesnt know what right hand doing, mix ups, no shows & confusion seems the general rule.

Not happy with their service. Their customer service was disgusting and very poor workmanship. I wouldn't have given a star if it is possible. They have installed the heat pump inside unit crooked and trying to justify that their contractor has done it properly even without inspecting the site. Not professional

These guys are great. I read about the Auckland up to 90% subsidy and emailed 5 companies. Greenside got back to me straight away (some other the others took 4 weeks). Their sales man Hiren was out to see us 2 days later and was great to deal with. The office lady and email communications were answered and dealt with and most of all the installers were courteous, efficient and tidy. My home is so much warmer now with underfloor and ceiling insulation. I highly recommend Greenside energy solutions.

DO NOT USE THEM! They never showed up for my appointments for 3 different bookings. Their customer service was disgusting, no remorse for wasting my time at all, and after all the issues when I tried to call back to find out what was going on was told I had never had a booking in the first place as I had never replied to the initial email. Have now emailed requesting a manager to contact me back twice over the past few weeks and had no response at all. Go through Smart Energy Solutions! Outstanding service, came to assess my home the next day, and installed the following week. Plus excellent customer service!

Outstanding experience; outstanding service and outstanding company! My husband and I have extremely demanding jobs and our free time is precious. That's why we appreciate things being done efficiently. GreenSide Energy did an amazing job. They installed ceiling and underfloor insulation and put in two heat pumps. The team were extremely professional and very respectful of our property. We mentioned the experience to each of our parents and our siblings - and they are all booked in for insulation. We thoroughly recommend GreenSide Energy without hesitation. Great work team!

Would not recommend to use them, they are fine if you want to buy anything however when it comes to after sale service or co-operation with any issue then they will just tell you to deal directly with installer / product manufacturer even if the product is under their service warranty.

Green Star installed insulation in the ceiling and under the floor at my home today.
I have found throughout the process all staff friendly efficient and extremely knowledgeable
The install team today were excellent. Friendly, polite and kept me up to date throughout the day what they were doing. What a hard working team.
I would recommend them to others and thank them for the end result. Looking forward to a warmer winter

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use this company! It has been a nightmare dealing with them. No one in that company knows what they are doing. The sales guy quoted things weren't needed done and things they couldn't do. They did four (4) no-shows in the past 3 months for confirmed bookings. First lot of installers came and said the job was too big for them and left. Second lot only did half of the job. The Manager in Hamilton said she would chase up and let me know then no answer. The call takers make appointments that later were said "not in the system" by the manager. Got told to call different people by different people, which ended up in circles.
Even if they told you that you could use the govt subsidy for the 67% and their trust would pick up the rest of the 33%. DO NOT trust them! It's a lie, they will get you to sign something and not do the job.
AVOID them at all costs!
