Very realistic expectations were set, however the results were better than we expected! Upfront, honest - a very friendly and supportive team that we have had the pleasure of working with to both buy and sell this property!

Fantastic Agent
Trudi and Greg were amazing to deal with. Our house went live on the evening of Friday 5th February. We had our first open home on Sunday 7th February with 30 groups through. On Monday, 6 returnees and on Tuesday, 4 more people. Tuesday evening we had 3 pre auction offers, one which we accepted. We know we are selling in a crazy market but aside from that Trudi and Greg were extremely professional and were very knowledgeable. All through the process we felt that they were doing the utmost for us to get us the best result which they certainly achieved. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective vendors.

Trudi' s communication skills are outstanding! With us being night owls working nights and doing opposite shifts, Trudi was very understanding and communicated appropriately via txt/phone call. She' s on top with her market skills and always clarified information correctly before passing it to us.
