Picked up a large piece of glass, no offer to help me get into my car parked right outside reception.when I’m struggling to get it into my car, the glass shatters and crashed onto the concrete slicing open my hand in the process. No reaction at all from inside the store to see if I was ok - the door is wide open so there is no way they didn’t hear the shattering glass, or me cleaning it up after with a bleeding hand.

I understand the Glass was my responsibility as soon as I took it from the store, but the lack of empathy/humanity shown was pretty shocking.

Edit: re: reply. At no point in our correspondence was I told that delivery was an option. It was always pick up. Anyway.my hand is fine now after a couple of stitches, thanks for asking

My property manager got these guys to come fix our sliding door glass. Fast, professional, friendly and good communication. Gave enough notice when he was on way to do the job so I could have my dogs pit away for them.

Worst customer service ever. Quoted for doors for our shop (only quoted for 1 when we needed 4). Turned up to measure told us the job would be 4 times more expensive than the original quote. Suggested that we change the type of door to reduce cost said they would come and show us what that would look like failed to show up despite numerous calls to chase them up.

A great experience which was handled swiftly with a large amount of experience, I would strongly recommend
