Pual Sutton he is a really Switch on car mehcanic but there are a lot of times when you book in for a WOF you can't get on as he fully booked for weeks in Advance that's why he is an Excellent Mechanic & that's why I have given

I have always been well looked after by this business. First time I sought their help was when a mechanic workshop in Manurewa charged me $300 for a replacement hydraulic hose to pass a warrant, which - well - wasn't replaced or fitted correctly as the vehicle 10 minutes after leaving their workshop started leaking fluid. (there was no leak prior to visiting this workshop)

So I took it up the road to Grove Rd Auto Clinic, and they inspected and discovered they had not done anything at all - except take my money. Upon receiving their written diagnosis - I took this back to the dodgy workshop and demanded they refunded me immediately. Of course they had no leg to stand on, and refunded my money. Thanks to Grove Rd Auto Clinic for their honest, straight up, no nonsense service which allowed me to get a refund but most importantly - allowed me to find the best Mechanic in South Auckland. Thanks Grove Road Auto Clinic - you rock!

Paul over priced Parts needed for my car 2nd hand parts at that When I looked around and compared the 2nd hand parts with The knew parts from Mace Engineer Australia I was shocked Even more devastated When I saw the labour Mechanical fee was more than the car parts needed Was told 4 days and they should be finished it's repairs Turned out to be over 2 weeks as Paul ended up going on Holiday When I rang on one occasion and ask a simple question Pual lost his temper Now the cars srs light comes on and beeps Still has the same issue etc Paul Honestly you had lots of excuses With no warranty given After checking what was meant to be fixed was Just a quick fix I was gutted I've been doing mechanical work on cars From the age of 8 So I'm not clueless when it comes to Mechanics If It wasn't for my disability I wouldn't complain Car is sitting in the driveway undrivable Pual Make sure you ask questions and check all the paperwork As given the chance Pual will pull a quick one on You and park Your car on the side of Grove Rd I have family I have to transport around Pual did you think of that Before deciding too Pull a quick one On me

Great mechanics giving super service - but as a resident of 12 Grove Road, Paul's staff let him down by their inconsiderate parking of vehicles that have been serviced - nose to tail on my side of Grove Road.
So many times I have been unable to get out of my driveway safely because the serviced vehicles are parked so close - that I have no line of vision to see vehicles approaching at speed from Clevedon Road.
Real scary, and my friends have given up visiting because of this problem. Paddy
