We highly recommend Gubba Garden Sheds for their product and their seven star customer service. This is a local, family owned business and they genuinely care about their customers. Three years on from purchasing our shed from them, Tim continues to be super helpful and supportive. We will absolutely use them in the future!

Although the product we bought didn't live up to expectations, Gubba Garden sheds, Eddie in particular, have handled our queries, well. I'm very glad we bought from a Kiwi company.

What a shame we can't give no stars buckled ridge beam installed out of plumb and out of square they hung the door out of plumb to compensate totally shoddy go somewhere else or buy a cheaper shed and do it yourself took months to end up with a piece of junk

Bit of a serve yourself experience. Which is hard when investing in Sheds. Lovely young man helped but not the Salesman. What has happened to Customer Service? We almost feel embarrassed being in the way. Not all Sales happen online!

I went to pick up my online order today just as one of your staff was leaving, she kindly went back to retrieve my order from inside and we had a short conversation about the products I had purchased. Once I had got home I received a call from her relating to our conversation and some advice she had since learnt. - thank you to Bronwyn, you went above and beyond and people like you put a smile on my face!

Got a lot of attitude when I gave feedback when they rang to tell me I'd ordered pickup for a product they don't allow pickup for. The guy told me I "should have read the warning", "should have known they were an e-commerce business" etc so it seems they're not willing to understand the customer point of view or experience. (Their website allows this product to be ordered for pickup despite this option not being available). Explains the web ordering weaknesses. When this is the last thing you see before you hit "pay", you kind of remember it. When explaining this all I got was attitude that I hadn't properly read an early warning that the item couldn't be collected. There seems to be no interesting in understanding how the customer might interact with the way the site and process works.

I discovered Gubba over lockdown as I was needing some items for my indoor gardening. Incredibly impressed with the service, my items always arrived quickly and safely.

Got a Tuff Shed through Gubba. Absolutely love it. Perfect size and was able to upgrade to coloursteel Grey Friars which matches our new garage and a woodshed I got from outpost buildings. Communication awesome. Had it installed today by Tony and Brett from 0800 Mr Shed. Couldnt recommend the experience more. *****

Amazing shopping experience! I left my Christmas shopping until late last year, and placed an order four days before Christmas, accepting that it wouldn't make it in time. And was then overjoyed at receiving an overnight courier from them on Christmas eve. That's what I call customer service!

The shoes were placed under the tree, only to be unwrapped on Christmas day and turning out to be the wrong size. I had been dreading this as usually exchanges are difficult to do, however Gubba have a very easy exchange process. Simply place the product, as new, back in the post bag with a note saying what size you need, and post it back. They even include a prepaid return postage slip.
Thank you very much for an easy shopping experience. I will certainly be buying from Gubba again.

They sell good sheds for good prices! Using one as a server room and have had no water problems
