It's a self service petrol station. I guess I'm reviewing my own service. The place is always clean and tidy. Also cheapest petrol in the immediate area. No need to faff around with loyalty cards
There are plenty of petrol stations in this area but this is usually the cheapest. Self service mss as he’s it quick and easy to fill up and carry on our way.
With fast rising petrol prices, Gull has been way cheaper than the others around the suburb and perhaps the whole Auckland region.
Would give it 5 stars if it would print a receipt every time. Must run out of print paper regularly
Not bad it is just a suburban petrol station you have to do it all on your own as it is a not staffed one
Keeps the local big 3 honest. Watch for discount days, last Thurs of the month and unofficial ones on the Weds. Paid $1.31 for diesel last week. As always, use Gaspy app.
Buying fuel at a fully automated Gull Station can be a bit challenging for a new visitor until you get the hang of the credit card payment process. Once you, or one of your teenage children can do this, you get the fuel of your choice at The Best Price - YAY!
Yes, you can also clean your windscreen and put your car litter in their bin and be on your merry way with no other distractions; no shop, no forecourt concierge, no café, no vouchers, no upselling - just the fuel you want at the Best Price. Very Worthwhile
This would be the cheapest place in the shore for gas.the only letdown would be no value or discount card can be used here and that if your card is not recognised it will debit your account with $200 for upto 5 days.just make sure it is a NZ Card and all is well
Cheapest gas in the area and to my surprise, even octane 98 seems cheaper than octane 91 sold at other stations! Sunday nights are usually seem to be the cheapest.
No staff present. One of Machine wasn't working and had no one to ask. Otherwise it's still great place to get cheap fuel
One of the cheapest gas station in Auckland. Gas station is usually quite a busy place. Best time to go there is after 8-9pm. This station also has air and vacuum infrastructure that comes handy to check air in the tires and clean your car while getting petrol for car. Self service and cards only

Self-service. Excellent comparitive prices. Gull Birkenhead creates competition and keeps the prices lower than other places. The self-serve system is straight forward. Sometimes the prices are significantly lower. At other times the AA or supermarket discounts mean they aren't always the cheapest.
