I recently purchased a carfrom GVI and has something needs to be fixed. So I was guided here. The service center staff are really kind and all problems have been fixed. Special thanks to the customer manager Luan.

When the GVI team serviced my Nissan Leaf recently I was impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and the reasonable cost. I particularly appreciated the chance to ask a whole range of questions at the end about battery care and how to get the best out of my EV, and found the young man knowledgeable and helpful. Drove to Auckland for surgery and car breaks down. GVI worked in the car first thing in the morning and had it back on the road before lunch, so we could return home. So thankful

Basic service took 2: 30 hours and my coolant was quart low and wasn't topped up even tho I specifically asked for during the booking. Tried to upsell me Unnecessary stuff like new wipers and brake rotors when it clearly does not need replacing.

I love these guys. Excellent customer service and free WiFi inside the reception so you can work while waiting for your car to be checked.

One of the best service centers around Auckland! The reviews don't lie! Had my vehicle go in for an electrical repair as my vehicle was misfiring. Dealt with Ian and he went up and beyond trying to find a solution for me and the rest team were straight to the issue and got back to me really quickly. I would highly recommend the guys at GVI.

Took my mazda 6 2017 for a WOF late last year for a wof, good service and it was easy to seal with. Great customer service and will definitely come back next year.
