Habitat for Humanity Restore Shop reviews
20Very much enjoyed looking through the op shop it had great quality stuff nice staff Great location
Clothes section smells a bit stale (not as fashionable as those on K rd or lorne st but reasonable with much much lower price compared to those). Home supplies have many hidden gems
I love second hand shopping and have done since garage sales were a big thing. I pride myself on how cheap I buy goods and prefer only second hand shopping for the economic and sustainability values. This place was really well priced and had an awesome selection. The staff were kind and humorous, from shop, to phone, to delivery, which was a bonus. Overall would reccomend shopping here. Grab yourself a bargain!
Very large store with extensive homewares area in particular. I went on my never-ending hunt for second-hand cassettes and wasn't disappointed (they were hiding in the clothing area!). Good prices, lovely staff.
Helpful and very nice staff.went to donate stuff and lady was very helpful.
Also grabbed some crystal ware at good price!
Love coming here! Friendly, helpful staff and we always find something so you never walk out empty handed that's for sure. Great community shop for all:)
Super helpful friendly staff. Found one of my all time favourite books #ishmael. VERY reasonable prices
Huge store with heaps of goodies. They have building supplies, furniture, bric a brac, clothing, fabric… everything! The store is clean and tidy and their prices are usually decent. Although I must admit that lately, I’ve noticed that their prices have shot up a little. The workers are usually very friendly and helpful. They sometimes have sick specials where furniture is 50% off. I bought an OG gameboy from here for $5. It came with a carry bag and three games.
Big store and well organised, friendly staff plenty of parking. If you look long enough you will find what you need or something you might need later. Would recommend this store to other op shoppers.
There was a good variety of things that were well priced, the staff there are very friendly and helping and we're willing to negotiate the prices on the items they were selling
It's 2 very interesting shops with a large variety of goods. They regularly have 50% off specials on various lines like pictures and light fittings. As well as furniture and fittings they sell books, toys clothes silverware bird feeding Boxes also numerous other things. Staff are mostly volunteer's very friendly and helpful
Great store make sure you have time as there is plenty too look at. Pricing wise for the clothing area needs to revisited as set prices for items doesn’t always work as tops are all priced at $4 however some tops there were not worth $4 and maybe you could look at introducing a $1 rack, $2 rack and so on to reflect the bits of clothing just a suggestion though.
Nice 2nd hand shop, well organised and always has stuff coming in. This visit I just bought kids books and stationery, didn't look at the furniture or homeware but tgey do have a big selection. Popular shop, lots of customers so that's a good sign.
Great store and friendly helpful staff. All items very reasonably priced and well organised. Always happy to support a business that helps people and aids the environment through recycling.
We had a wonderful time in the store just highly disappointed in the service System on the clothing side we had to leave our things we wanted take a post it note to the other counter and come back with a receipt which cause huge confusion for the young girl trying to manage and serve everyone. It ended up that things i paid for were not in my bag. Can’t email or call anyone because there’s no after hours contact ️️
Really cool secondhand shop. I bought a great filtered drip coffee maker for a reasonable price. Very happy to have found it
One Maori lady in particular is a huge asset to this store. She's hard working, friendly and a delight to be served by. We always walk out with armfuls of treasures.
Everything for a good cause. Relies on the generosity of others. Some lovely tidbits. Good place to spend time.
Dont waste your petrol or time donating to them this store. Arrived to drop off a car load of highly sellable items things still new and in boxes. I went into the store as the donation gate was closed big unfriendly sign saying if you drop off donations here Police will be called. So went into store saying the fate closed and have a car full donation the lady said yes bring it in and put it here.
No offer to get help just attatude and no courtesy of thank you. As I have a sore wrist, and thought the ungrateful attatude and manner, I replied will take it all somewhere else I did and they were helpful and show some gratitude in the way of a thank you and a hand to get out of car.
Love this store. Lots of bargains, helpful & friendly staff. Love the fact that the money goes back into helping the community.
