I've visited a few other stores around Auckland and the staff are just dull Lol they look miserable & not so friendly nor chatty. Would recommend other stores take note & learn from the Northwest team.

Went with my husband to the Hallensteins North West and was served by a young lady named Rhygan. She was amazing. Very attentive, helpful and friendly. I was so stressed out trying to find the perfect suit for my husband but she made the whole experience easier and stress free. She made us feel like we're the most important customers in the store. Two click and collect trips to this store for my sons work pants 28th and 29th September- both time happy confident staff. Amazingly helpful even though I made an ordering error. Highly recommend

Decent in store staff, but terrible experience with a wedding suit I had on hold while They needed to order pants, so a week later I call back and they had no recollection of the suit, my name or phone number details.

Really upset because I have to take time out to remeasure and reorder from another store. Lucky I was organised enough to get started a month early, but your lack of process has cost me two weeks and it’s a sprint now.

Always ho here for there fleece sweatshirts. Great quality, so warm and comfortable. Also end of season sale prices are great. My teenager loves them.

Staff are always professional and friendly- the store has a nice layout and is very presentable.

Lots of specials and nice clothing
This shop has young people on customer service and they are so lovely. Some young people are not happy in customer service rolls. Keep up the great work.

Good for cheapish men's clothes. Store always seems over filled with clothes with stock in boxes on the floor. Makes the store less appealing to walk around especially when it is busy.

Awesome service. Got another years worth of clothing. Too bad all the "festival" styled clothing was all sold in my size.

Always friendly and welcoming. The staff at Northwest really go out of their way to be accommodating and went the extra mile to help dress myself and my groomsmen for my wedding. Good clothes, good people and my choice is made easy on where to shop!
