Hammer Hardware reviews
22Often buying tools can be super stressful for me. Because it usually can take a lot of time to find staff in big stores to ask for guidance. This store is always super easy to ask for help finding the right tools I need.
Great service, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
There's a great range of tools etc here.
Provisioned with diverse items at reasonable price, this is a perfect neighborhood hardware store!
These guys have a large store on the Te Atatu Peninsula. All your Hardware needs.
Also a big presence on TradeMe. Worth a look.
I love this store! 9 X out of 10 they have exactly what you need. The team are super helpful! And I love not having to leave the peninsula to sort the problem. 5 mins in and out and back home to continue the job. Legends
You can't best this place for a local hardware store. Very knowledgeable owner / operator who know every item he has on his shelves. Just ask if you don't have time to track something down yourself! Can buy in any item you need and due to always being on the lookout for good suppliers often his prices beat the big box stores. Sooo glad we have this Hammer Hardware on the Peninsula.
Great local business, very helpful and part of a hardware business which in one form or another has been part of Te Atatu for over fifty years I have been here. They also have a great trademe page I have had great deals from.
A smaller hardware store. Very helpful staff. Helped me locate the item I wanted which was at a good price. Pay and away
During lockdown, they sold for high prices.they didn't give us receipt. They sold rope for $20, which costs only $8 in Bunnings.
There are no refunds even after purchasing 10 minutes before, (Booo!) There is only store credit, I will no longer shop here again. Bunnings is much cheaper better quality and refunds are ok!
Great range of products, very helpful staff and open on a Sunday morning. Still has that local friendly feel rather than big box shopping
Tidy store and helpful owner. Good range of products you would expect to see at a hardware store and convenient hours. Close parking out front.
Great little store and even have seedlings available for purchase. Nice friendly staff who are always willing to assist when needed.
Stayed away for a while because I thought the prices would be high. THEY ARE NOT. Good range combined with competitive prices and great, friendly service.
Love this local hardware, they have a great bargains, been going there for years, some things cost more but only a few $ more️
Friendly helpful staff, convenient parking. Quick service and good variety. Support your local businesses. Thank you
The teatatu hammer hardware is pristine (like the rest of teatatu). The bin out front of the shop is a real asset, it draws customers to dispose of there rubbish but then they see hammmer hadware and stay. The teatatu branch has a large range of plant and soils sitting outfront on a shelf. They infact sell the widest variety of specialist plants in west Auckland. Inside the lighting is good making it easy to shop which is nice. They sell everything from hammers to sledge hammers. The man at the front desk serves you which makes hammer hardware good for the elderly. The trolleys have nice wheels again making it good for the elderly. But best of all is the strip of dirt put front. Its just so nice and good for the kids.
Overall a very good store with nice waste dispol, plant selection, lighting, location, trolleys and vegan freindly food options.
The shop that keeps good old tat north going, if your looking or trying to repair anything, or looking fr parts etc, or even update stuff in the house or yard, the guys here wil try an hlp u out⁸, wth a heap of stuff for a shop that size, but saves u from going to lincoln rd, to the bigger places, glad they took over from the old hardware store, back in the day, or al us tat northeons would of had to of gone walk about over the bridge or motorway.
My favourite little DIY store. Have pretty much everything you might need in stock to service, fix or do up the house, garage or garden. Well priced for the convenience. Really helpful staff will walk you around the store, give great advice and serve you with a smile.
