Warning, Brian Jones and the executive team are professionally incompetent. He and his team failed to get a resource consent due to improper review and professional oversight. All while charging exorbitant fees. Warning! They are an absolute incompetent. Doing business with Hampton Jones will be one of the worst mistakes you will make

Hampton Jones helped us out when we took the step to from leasing an office to investing in one and becoming our own tenant. As we identified properties, they helped us to understand any building issues that might exist. When we finally found, and purchased, the right premises, they helped us design the fitout. We were stretching our budget and they were very considerate of this, and our relative ignorance, and stood by our side throughout. They were especially good when it turned out the builder we'd selected (our choice of builder, and it was against their advice) turned out to be a rogue. Despite their frustrations with our poor choice, they were excellent and professional and saved us from ourselves.

I can't recommend them highly enough. These are great people, understanding, professional and a real pleasure to do business with.

Nick Bachelor (Who has now been fired) & Hampton Jones completely misled our body corp in terms of remediations costs. They have left family's to go bankrupt through commercial negligence. Their directors and principles lack all morals other than greed. They do not care as long as their fees are paid. If you are thinking of working at this company. You will damage your career. If you are thinking of working with Hampton Jones it will become one of the biggest regrets of your life. Do no touch this company at all costs. This is a terrible company. Nick Bachelor has done a terrible job, he and his company are highly incompetent. They fail to communicate, fail to send updates, they are months behind where they should be and years behind where they originally promised. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
