We had our floors done by Jody and her team. The quality of the job was incredibly poor. They left sanding marks all around the house which are so noticeable most guests to our house mention them. They left many nails not punched, visible in most rooms and the color did not come out what they informed us it would. The workers who performed the job damaged skirting boards and left stain marks up doors and on tiles in our bathroom. The damage was $1,800 just to do the repainting, we have not tried to fix the tiles as we know it will be too expensive for us. We have subsequently tried to remedy the matter by discussing the job and the cost but have ignored us trying to call and email them, up until today coming into Christmas where they have threatened legal action unless we pay them right away and are charging us late fees. It has been the most disgusting display of customer support I have ever seen from a company and I wish we could fight the legal action for the way they have mistreated us. However, the stress they have caused is enough that we have given up and will just be paying them. I truly would not wish anyone the stress they have cause my family.
