Fantastic service by a great team of guys - Darren (who organised it all), Charlie, Sam, Sam and AJ. The installation of the heat pump has only just finished and everything seems to be working perfectly. The team arrived when they said they would. They were hard-working, polite and friendly. Right from the beginning, communicating with the Happy Air team was fast and efficient. Darren came out asap to check whether a heat pump could be installed in my baby’s little nursery on the first floor of our home, and then his team followed up with fantastic service while booking the insulation date. Rubbish weather and my baby’s naps were catered for while Sam and Sam came to install the heat pump, and the installation was speedy and expertly done. Would 100% order from Happy Air again. They were amazing!
We had our Heat Pump/AirCon installed by HappyAir last 21Oct in CBD's small and old apartment. Darren was patient and responsive in dealing with our demanding BodyCorp. Charlie, Neilsen and Pablo (sorry if I misspelled your names) were all very professional and you can tell they have the experience or have been doing this for years. The install was "tidy and clean", in summary, I agree with the 5* comments here, excellent service! Thank you HappyAir Team.
