We would like to write a testimonial for both Travers Smyth and Hannah Petherbridge.

We first encountered Travers and Hannah when they sold our neighbours property at 55 Rawene Road,
Birkenhead.

It was there that Nigel and I saw them both in action.
What struck us about them was not only how professional they were, but how engaging and approachable they both were. We thought to ourselves when we sell our house, we want these guys!

We were right. From the moment we met to discuss the strategy of the marketing and to hear how they work, we knew these guys were a fantastic team.

They were able to build an open and honest relationship with us, and most importantly build a high level of trust. This was particularly valuable as we had concerns about Covid, Lockdowns, auctions and even house dressing. These concerns were resolved as our levels of trust quickly increased.

Throughout the whole process Travers and Hannah kept us informed, they were honest, professional and they worked really hard in a lockdown situation to get a large amount people through the house to view it.

In addition we had an online auction which was potentially a leap of Faith for us, I think Travers and Hannah sensed our unease and
spent a lot of time with us explaining how things would work.

Traver explained his likely strategy on the day regarding pace and theatre- we told him to do whatever he thought best because he was the expert and we trusted him to get a feel for the auction and do whatever he felt at the time. It couldn’t have gone better!

We cant speak highly enough of Travers and Hannah.

They’re both hardworking, are ultimate professionals and went way over and above their call of duty to make the process so stress free for us.

I think the key to their success is that they are both really nice people!
We would most definitely use them again and we won’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone we know!

On reflection, our advice would be to find an agent who you trust and who you can work with collaboratively, Travers and Hannah ticked both boxes

Hannah and Travers make a great team, not only are they knowledgeable and professional, they are open, likeable and easy to work with.
The house sold faster than we could have hoped for – particularly given the Covid restrictions – and at a price that exceeded our expectations.

They both deserve every success.

Selling our property with Sam, Steve and the team at Harcourts Cooper and Co Takapuna is an experience we still find ourselves raving to others about over six months on. From our very first meeting, it was clear they were extremely knowledgeable, experienced and highly efficient, which took so much stress out of the entire process. Clear communication, market knowledge and their personable natures provided us with such a high level of trust in the agents we had picked, and evidently made for the stellar result we were able to celebrate at the end. From the regular check ins with both ourselves and interested parties right through to every small detail including the auctioneer selected, they both went above and beyond. If you are looking for someone to not just get the job done but add that winning personal touch every step of the way, highly recommend getting in touch with Sam or Steve!

Absolutely awful property management. Regardless of how many times an issue is reported you get fobbed off, fed lies and get so little service it is unbelievable. Inge in particular is a prime example of how awful this organisation is. Stay away from NAI harcourts unless you are happy to literally give your money away. I will never ever ever deal with them again.

Very Import for future commercial lease. You need to do some research about the landlord and the agents, what have they done during the COVID. Keep away from Nai Harcourts, they will put you into a deeper trouble, they are worse than COVID. Ask these retail business on Hurstmere Road, Anyone can be your reference.

Amazing Team at NHI Harcourts Takapuna with Isaac Tankard - this incredibly professional commercial real estate agent is second to none. He has gone well above his requirements and then some - I highly recommend his great communication and nothing is a problem - incredibly good

Very unprofessional and rude. I wanted to paste their agent name and the rude email that their staff sent to me, but I am a better person. No wonder their market share getting smaller.
