Lizzei Simanke is a property manager, I was viewing a unit to rent. She was rude and angry person. I was unhappy her making her co-woker laughing at me as she was tried to be funny in a bad way. Other people were there as well so they witness her nun professional behaviour. She also involved the otber viewer in the situation.

Anyone is dealing with her must have harsh behaviour to put her in her place. I coplained to trade me as well as Harcourts Cooper & Co.

Wait until you sign a contract you will regret walking into their office! Impolite and unprofessional agent, very unhelpful!

If you want to call your place “home sweet home” then look somewhere else! I have been with them for over five years and I was treated like nothing!

Don’t rent with then. Property manager let me stay 4 week without working fire alarm and have let me now with a broken washing mashing for over 5 weeks. They send 4 guys already that come trash my apartment and don’t fix it. I called several time the property manager but she (Carol) won’t pick up my calls or reply my text. But I still pay rent on time.

Terrible memory. I bought a unit with an agent here, Lucas. He said he should be on the buyer's side as I asked him to find a house for me. However, it seemed that he was definitely on the seller's side, and tried only to make a contract regardless of buyer's opinions. I got sick of his long time wasting unnecessary talking over the phone. He has told me even dishonestly. He told that there were no properties under 500K around Manurewa and Papatoetoe even though there were many at that time. He did not sincerely search the market to find the right properties of buyer's needs. I even felt insulted. His attitudes to me were not professional at all.

Terrible experience with Harcourts especially Mark the manager there. Bought a home by this company and had issues with the house we bought. Phoned Harcourts in Glenfield to explain my situation and Mark was extremely rude and arrogant and extremely unprofessional. He was lucky I didn't make a formal complaint to Martin Cooper. I would never recommend Harcourts ever!

I'm a tenant of one of the properties they manage in north shore. Communication with the office is really bad. They simply don't care and less likely to get a respond back. There is always hassle dealing with them. As an example, I was paying water care when they send me the invoice but when I audited the invoices after few months I discovered there are big differences between what was paid and what should be really paid. Another problem is the lawns which was stated in the tenancy contract that should be managed by owner, yet they don't want to admit they have to do it and keep arguing on why they should and that I should contact the owner instead because they don't manage this kind of tasks. Again they don't care and just collect money.
Not a fan of their services and because of many issues I have with them during my last year and half of tenancy and I'm degrading their rating from 3 stars to 1 star on 24/10/2018

I've dealt with Wendy Treadwell a few time's now, She is one of the nicest and best real-estate people I've ever dealt with, We Buy and sell houses and have 6 at writing this so have been dealing with real estate agents for many years. If i were you, i'd ask for her by name "Wendy Treadwell"

Anyone who wishes to use this company to manage their rental property: stay away.

- Put the worst possible tenants into the house who were mates with admin staff in the office
- Completely missed several issues on inspections, including a lean to fence built out of pallets against the house causing damage
- Lack of communication and failure to follow up on issues.

If you’re a down on your luck tenant: step right up! You’re likely to be put into a house without need for reference checks, even if you are 19, hate cleaning and have a puppy in tow!

Once upon a time I saw the brand of Harcourts as one of the best when it comes to real estate until this morning when I got aggressively attacked by one of the property managers of the glenfield branch, even when I told her that I was a client and got a house that I want to put up for rent etc etc that made me instantly see what I was going to deal with and changed my mind. Please keep away from them.
