I'd like to express dissatisfaction with Property Manager Leezie. The manager arrived late for the viewing, inquired about accessing the property, and the house wasn't adequately prepared. This displayed unprofessional and unethical behavior, further exacerbated by a condescending lecture on renting, like we were renting on streets from past 10 years, which was perceived as rude.

Organised͏ and efficient.
We had not sold a property for a while so was heavily reliant on Damien (and team) to guide us through the process. Damien was incredibly efficient, and persistent, to ensure the transaction was completed to our satisfaction. Damien communicated highly effectively thorough the entire process to ensure we were kept in the loop and were informed of the various options open to us. We would definitively use Damien again.

I recently requested an appraisal from Carla to find out what my property would sell for in today’s market. Carla was thorough and efficient and I would not hesitate to contact Carla in future when I am ready to sell.

Watch out. The worst type of property manager - will string you along, will message late at night, to arrange house viewing the next day and not show-up! No explanation, apology or call back - this is the bottom of the barrel for professionalism and customer-care!
