Dean is excellent with marketing, he is very knowledgeable so explains and shares information really well. When selling we had another real estate first, then Dean who did things so much better, there was absolutely no comparison, Dean was streets ahead in so many ways. I really recommend Dean highly for buying and selling.

Highly competent and professional. A superb communicator. Having bought and sold about 15 houses over my lifetime not one of those agents comes close to the display of professionalism that we have seen from Dean.

Irene and Dan did such a great job selling our home at auction, and the whole team works together so you get years and years of incredible experience and professionalism rolled into one! We couldn't recommend Irene as an agent more. We bought our home off her as an agent selling it for the previous owners 14 years ago and immediately went to her to help us sell it.

I used Harcourts property managers for my rental property. They lied about sending out rent increases (have in writing evidence) so I suffered loss of rent. They refused to pay this and when asked to increase rent again they again lied. They advised tenant to remove an established "no weed" garden and left as dirt. They allowed pets when it specifically said no pets. Tenants removed chattels, they did not attempt to recover. Despite considerable documentation, discussion they refuse to repay what is owed. I cannot recommend this business for Propery management.

Very fast to take a big commission from your house money! Then ignore your calls, emails& texts all the way until settlement. The branch has one of the crookedest real state agents in the whole country

This was my first time dealing with harcourts from a purchasers perspective.
And I did not enjoy it one bit.
We found one property online which we looked at, and from there our agent gave us a few more to view, which we had an interest in, but no questions we asked about the properties could be answered by him.
We felt that this particular agent had a attitude towards us. Actions speak louder than words.
Applogy didnt effect the outcome of the situation.

And we feel that harcourts could of handled this situation with more professionalism.
It really disappointed us.

Nice to deal with initially. Once you start renting with them communication becomes very poor. Their processes to follow up issues for water bills etc (sending them to property renter) is extremely poor having to chase them for the bill when Harcourt's should be sending them is not ideal do not recommend using Harcourts Pukekohe.
