Our family showed up to a viewing last night Tuesday 5pm on Amberley ave. NOONE SHOWED UP nor the decency to let anyone know.
Purely because of that experience I would not recommend them. It shows what they would be like going through them long term.
It was pouring down with rain and you had families out waiting. Poor form.

** IF someone did show up it means they were VERY LATE with no means of communication. We waiting until 5.20 when the viewing was at 5pm. There's only so long you can wait in the rain.

Scheduled a viewing through Trademe, was confirmed and managed by Mike Yu, no one showed up nor had the decency to message about canceling or rescheduling.nor did he answer my call or message, waste of time and effort. Can only be a reflection of a failing business.

Bad Experience with the purchaser brought by Susanna Novy, the purchaser Celine Ye from ICE and CEL. Ltd defaulted, didn't settle! Wasted our time listed through Harcourts, and full commission was deducted leaving you with so little balance which I think is not enough to bring litigation against the purchaser. There's no help from Harcourts at all to make sure buyer settle! Very disappointing, we won't relist with them again.

Service was disappointing. I received a viewing reminder regarding one property at New Lynn. I came earlier than the scheduled time and Property Manager didn't even showed up. We are a bunch of people waiting for MIKE YU and suddenly one man from the group said that he was able to get in touched and was told that viewing was cancelled. Next day, I sent a message checking when would be the next scheduled viewing and I received a message that the property was already rented out. It was a complete waste of time especially to those who actually made time to view a property.

One of the Property managers here is useless. She will only inspect the house every quarterly but she is careless about her job which is obviously to look after the tenant as well as the owner. The owner must have been paying lots of money for her service but getting nothing from her. Anyway, house owners, be careful about your property agent.
