Harcourts Udy Realty - Property Managers

For property management, I could not recommend Harcourts enough (more specifically Lisa Goodrick). Absolutely amazing service every time. The team is always polite and go out of their way to help solve any problems and/or requests. Communication is always on point. Thank you for such amazing work!

Lisa acted so promptly and efficiently to a difficult problem- a very large fallen tree located on the boundary of 2 properties.
She was a pleasure to deal with and I would certainly recommend her services for anyone looking for a property manager.

I had come from a tricky situation, without a reference, from a dodgy rental that had fallen through. I was a broke single mum with pets, and lots of potential landlords at the time wouldn't give us a chance. Ruth saw past that, gave us a lovely little property that we spent nearly three years in before moving on. Ruth got onto any maintenance within the same day I brought it up, was super friendly and understanding throughout covid lockdowns when I temporarily lost my job, and really helpful when it was time for us to find a new home. We even occasionally exchanged photos of our cats! Haha. Highly recommend her and the rest of the team I dealt with over the years:) Thanks!

Ruth Boivin is very professional and goes above and beyond making the renting experience easy and stress free.
If any issues arise Ruth is very efficient and has them sorted right away.
She genuinely cares about you being happy during your tenancy and goes above and beyond throughout the whole process right from application through to end of tenancy.

Have received phenomenal service from Harcourts Udy Realty. All the staff have been amazing, but Cynthia Dai in particular has gone above and beyond in the level of service she has provided. Nothing has been to much trouble for her, and I've been blown away with her dedication and professionalism throughout the entire process. Harcourts have been my landlords at multiple rental properties and have been amazing, but I really want to mention Lisa Goodrick and Tracey Wheeler especially, who have been beyond amazing. With the current housing climate it has been incredibly difficult to find a nice rental property after our current owner sold, and Lisa went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house. She has been fantastic with communication, arranging viewings and sending us possible suitable listings, and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone! Thanks for everything Lisa:)

We have had many rentals and I have never had a better property manager then Ruth Boivin, she is warm and welcoming and always fast at responding and reacting to any concerns we have. I felt she always had ours and the owners of the property's best interest.

As a first time landlord finding the right property manager seemed like a daunting process, I was referred to Ruth by a family member and what a miracle that was. Ruth is enthusiastic, efficient and effective. She is an excellent communicator, is very accessible, trustworthy and cares about making sure everyone is happy in the situation. I have utilised the services from Jenny our Property Manager for over 10 years and have never had to have a major active role in my investment, she has made it a very passive investment for me thank you.

Ruth is a cracker jack and has gone above and beyond to help us set up our mother's home for rent after she had to go onto a care facility, as well as find tenants straight away and handle all requirements for healthy homes standards etc, taking a lot of the stress off the family at a very stressful time. Udy Realty must be so pleased to have her on board, she is well in tune with the standards and requirements for rental property portfolios, and landlords can rest assured knowing she has everything covered. She is up to the minute with communications, keeping everyone informed and has a great ability to foresee any issues that may arise and deal with them before they do, she is also very proactive with every aspect of the management process, and a lovely person to deal with on top of that!
