Great service, knowledge and product variety. One visit here solved a problem that neither bunnings or mitre 10 could fix after visiting multiple sites of both chains. Don't get me wrong, I love bunnings and mitre 10 but sometimes a little care and attention from a small outfit is just the remedy you might need. Worth a look if you need some advice as well as product.

What a brilliant find! When Bunnings and Mitre10 didn't have any rollers for my indoor sliding doors, this place had everything. Not only that, the woman who served me was knowledgeable, friendly and gave excellent service. Will be coming here first from now on

Bought few hinges for double folding cupboard, i have tried all the other big hardware shops, no one was able to give me a proper guidance. All this person asked me broken part and he found me rhe very matching one and guided me to fit it. It was an easy fix, thanks a lot.

Exorbitant price. 30% more than other shops.
When I asked for GST receipt, shop owner said GST number printed on the eftpos slip, that is it. He did not give me item wise GST receipt. I am very unhappy that I wanted to account that expense.

I Wanted to replace some drawer sliders and manged to get the exact replacement ones. Excellent service and pricing was better than the Big Box Hardware Chains.

Referred here by a kitchen installer. After traipsing around 4 different places, these guys were able to supply and install a new base for a drawer. Same day service and really friendly. Thanks for helping me out.

Fantastic hardware shop. Was referred here by Mitre 10 and a kitchen cabinet maker. They stock great brands and hard to find products not available at the big box retailers. Ish was great, very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. The blum hinges worked a treat and the price was great. Will definitely be back.

This shop is amazing. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm so glad to have discovered this little gem. Will definitely be returning back for more stuff! High end kitchen companies and large retailers did not have the handle sizes i was after, but hardware & panel had it! I highly recommend this outfit to all!

Too pricy I got referred from mitre 10 guy to check the hinges here. I went there and they guy gave me too hinges loose ones with no brand of 55 dollars which I got branded ones fro bunnings of 35 nzd with warranty. Also he suggested that he will not refund the money if it doesnt' work. I was in rush but later I found it was expensive.
