I am very grateful to Devina from Botany branch who kindly assisted in selection of curtains for our house, moreover, she helped a lot in organizing of stock delivery and contacts who could make curtains as quickly as possible! The fabric was gorgeous and we are very happy to see our beautiful bedrooms now. Thank you again. It was my first experience and I am very pleased.

Botany Harvey Furnishings rock! Excellent helpful staff. Store looks very modern and what a great range of products. NZ owned so whats not to love. Worth a visit!

Such a unfriendly store atmosphere very uninviting by the people that work in the store the older women us the worst I have been in there looking at curtains Only to over hear the staff negatively and disrespectfull talking about the customer after they have left.
I must certainly won't go back into that store gated the way I felt and felt I was treated and how I felt customers were being stabbed in the back upon leaving.

Carolyn at the Botany branch was incredibly helpful and patient in assisting us in the ordering of a bedroom blind recently. We really appreciated her service and will not hesitate to recommend her to our friends and clients.

Friendly enough, limited range of quality curtains. Quite disappointed with their winter curtains, very pretty to look at but not going to keep your house warm at all.

Again staff not bothered so we walked out - only interested in younger customers with large order -we are retired and only looking for small curtains
