Harvey Norman Westgate

They are a good place to see products before buying online. Mostly prices are full retail so shop around for better prices, they do price match with other shops. Over recent years the staff product knowledge has decreased such that often they tell you to refer to the online manual. How can we make an informed choice with that kind of answer? We did buy a Delonghi coffee machine here but got price with Briscors sale price, saved us $200

Hadn't visited this store before. Both the furniture and technology departments were well presented, well light and clean. Our enquiries in the technology department were addressed in a responsive and professional manner. Would certainly recommend Harvey Norman Northwestgate.

Excellent customer service, always well looked after even when products don’t work as they should. If they sell the product I want I will buy it from this store.

Had the best customer service experience from Grace and Dan in the appliances area, they were both very polite, helpful and bubbly. More specifically Dan. He Was great at answering my questions with fine detail, ensuring I am well looked after and left me a happy happy customer. The both of them went above and beyond to help me collect my order right before closing and it was an uplifting experience and to be honest, will probably come back to this Harvey Norman because of it opposed to my local one.

Huge Harvey Norman, it's a tech and furniture store so very large and open easy to navigate around and find the areas you need.
Lower rating becuase I find their furniture low quality with a high price tag. A lot of the display pieces are shabby looking and not well built.

Very friendly and helpful staffs, price is always hard to judge depends when and where. Pick a sales period or days will be one of the best time to visit.

Purchased a kettle after the old one stopped working.
That one just tripped the Circuit breaker. Took it back the said it tested fine? After discussing got a refund and brought another brand. Works fine?

Asked for availability on a product, the response was 'I have no idea' and then walked away. Kindergarten teaches better sales skills than the electronics department in this store.

Outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficient staff. Helped me with purchase of a GoPro Hero11 for media creation in our business, and called ahead to a nearby store to source a stick for it. Even put my own memory card in for me. Legends.

Ordered a product and asked for it to brought to my car because both myself and son were sick and i didnt want to be that guy in the shop spreading germs. I logged the job several times until I had to call the shop and talk to someone. We waited over 20 mins. Service is poor.

Went to get a quote for appliance, no customer service at all, was like facing a robot machine, no communication at all

Good range of stuff but they are overpriced for many items. We noticed that the salesmen were less aggressive than before, interesting.
