Professional, proactive & an excellent communicator! Lance sold my property under pretty trying conditions! It was located well outside where he is based, the house was in poor condition and he had to deal with an acrimonious relationship between the owners, with one being forced by the Courts to sell. Lance dealt with these challenges in a professional manner and didn't get flustered. A great experience for me as the seller!

Michael Sheldon is a true professional, who has a sound knowledge of the market. He knew from the very beginning the best way to market our property. His marketing ideas were none we'd come across previously but resulted in huge turnouts at open homes and online views were staggering. John was great when we purchased our new home. We fell in love with the property straight away and John made us feel at ease through the entire process of negotiating the sale. We were honest with him regarding our maximum price and he managed to get this offer accepted for us. I felt his interaction with us was honest and upfront and have no doubt he would have been exactly the same with the vendor. 3 C’s! - The calm, confident closer!
It’s been an absolute pleasure having Tania sell our property. Despite the market being slow and a dip in pricing, her experience brought her confidence to the fore, not arrogance but a knowledge of what is working and what isn’t. She had all the contacts to get some fix-ups, staging, photos and marketing nailed and was patient while we dealt with some touch ups ourselves and insurance slowness. Tania provided regular updates from the interest and Open Homes and we never felt like we didn’t know what was happening or that we had no control. In the end, we were under contract in two weeks, unconditional one week later and settled in four weeks! Yippee! We would 100% use Tania again in the future.
