Sam made the whole process super easy and stress free, Couldn't recommend him enough. 10/10

It would be zero stars if the option was available! No annual check in from advisor, then when I request an update with a back date to my anniversary policy the advisor refuses to put his name to it.drops the f bomb regularly in a conversation as if it's an accepted language.very unprofessional.would not recommend EVER! Happily collect commission from my policy though.will be canceling my policy.

Friendly and knowledgeable advisers, made us think of questions we did not know we needed to ask. Great service overall.

We found Haven by searching for life insurance online. They were quick to contact us and set up a zoom call with our advisor Richard. He was warm, friendly and his calm demeanour took away the awkwardness of talking through a screen, even with lockdown i’m still not used to it nor am I even tech savvy. However Richard was still able to show us everything we needed to see when it came to who the best provider of insurance would be for me and my wife. We felt like we were kept in the loop through the whole process and even though we had only met Richard once, through a screen, we trusted his judgement was to be true to what we wanted from our policy. The process was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend Haven to friends and family

Absolutely loved the service I got from my advisor! He made sure to pick the perfect insurance plan for me and recommended what I should and shouldn’t add to the plan based on what he knew I’d need. He also helped me to transfer my KiwiSaver to a MUCH better scheme and I definitely recommend going through Haven for any insurance or KiwiSaver queries!

It was quick (good) but as my husband was the one who arranged it, he felt it was more about me. We did change to new Kiwisaver providor which was simple.

I went to Kym Maynard at Haven to review my medical insurance, and she has been fantastic to work with. She took the time to explain everything and make sure that I understood the different options that were available to me. I now have cover that better suits my needs, and I recommend Kym to anyone wanting a review of their insurance.

Amazing experience with our adviser, Sam. He was very helpful and did a lot of the hard work for us when setting up Kiwisavers for our kids. Will definitely be using Haven again when the time comes to buying our home:)!
